We stayed here on a group trip and the staff bent over backwards. There was not a staff member we walked by, from management to cleaning staff, that didnt engage us in conversation. They are all so passionate about customer service. Each person went far beyond! A real highlight was that the entire hotel staff lined up to wish us a goodbye and safe travels. This is my hotel of choice if in the area again
