We are a fully equipped boutique studio offering all Pilates apparatus training and take great pride in teaching to a diverse crowd. Our small group classes allow for a personalized experience and a wonderful sense of community. Our non-intimidating, comfortable atmosphere transcends our clients to a place where they can work at their full potential and achieve an unparalleled mind body connection. With options for group classes on reformer, tower or mat and private sessions to also include chair and barrel work, each client will be provided with the optimum training to reach their specific goals.

History
Established in 2008.
The studio has been located in Reading since its inception in 2008 and recently upgraded to the new studio space in downtown Reading to meet the growing demand for Pilates. Joseph Pilates valued quality over quantity, our business model is based on a small class size where clients will receive individualized attention, very crucial to learning Pilates, at a more affordable price than a private session. The beautiful studio is a sanctuary where clients can come learn and practice Pilates in a non-intimidating, friendly atmosphere.

Business Owner
Erika has been involved in the fitness industry since 1998 when she became certified as a personal trainer. In addition to her Comprehensive Pilates Certifications with BASI Pilates and Balanced Body, she is certified in Spinning, Yoga, Zumba and Barre. She graduated from Reading Memorial High School and then the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Nutritional Sciences and a second degree in Psychology.
I enjoy other forms of activity but strongly feel that Pilates is the foundation of all exercise. Proper movement and alignment provides superior results and decreased risk of injury. Personally I have experienced faster results with consistent Pilates practice vs any other form of exercise. Pilates will change the way you look creating core strength, lean and toned muscle, enhanced flexibility, balance, posture, and grace. I look forward to teaching you Pilates!
