Super cute. Great service. Great location. Great seating. Great variety of tasty goodies, from desserts to breakfast sandwiches to pre-made lunch-y sandwiches(I’ve had them all and never been disappointed). No reason this place should have less than 4 stars in Wyomissing, PA. Y’all are crazy for giving it less.

When I boycotted Café Harmony, I started coming here, especially when I saw that one of their workers(Café H.)was now here at DD. My favorite food items are the chocolate long john, and this one bagel-cranberry/walnut, I think. It’s only there certain days. But their bagels are the way I like them, soft inside and crusty out. Nothing special about the coffee, they have a coffee card, so they do stress NOREFILLS, which kind of sucks. And, all of their baked goods aren’t baked on premisiss, spell check, lol… they have a house paper –yes! And there are some coffees, and dY old items for sale, as well as many other items. My knock here, is that the service is prompt, but just cordial, not overly friendly. It’s just not a very cozy spot, but clean ad they open nice and early. It struck me as being kind of «clicky». The staff treat regulars differently than non-regulars.

My favorite bagel place ever! They are always fresh and absolutely delicious, not to mention all the other pastries and delicious lunches, literally everything you order is fantastic. The service is amazing too, all the staff are always super helpful and very friendly, an absolute must if your sweet tooth has a craving or if you want a good breakfast.

Reheating frozen yuk does not qualify you as a bakery. Food /coffee sucks, Coffee Is greenmountain in pods. Avoid this yuk feast. Please remove bakery from your business it’s embarrassing. Wyomissing is the only place in America this can pass as a bakery.

I’ve been going to this spot for several years. They always have plenty of fresh Green Mountain Beanery Coffee. Yum and several bites to choose from. My daughter always gets an everything bagel, toasted, with cream cheese. They have artisan breads galore and a bounty of pastries. I always admire the beautiful simple cakes in the case. There are little gifties as well as Wilber Chocolates(hint: better than Hershey) for sale. If you are grabbing a quick cup of joe and realized that you need something for lunch later, they have a case of healthy wraps, sandwiches, salads, and soups. I’ve always had pleasant experiences here and will be going back many more times in the future! Love the DD!

Excellent little place on Penn Avenue. Great bagels and coffee for breakfast. They do bake on the premises and have super cakes and brownies, cookies, etc. You won’t be disappointed…

This isn’t a real bakery. They have a bunch of baked goods there which they sell, but they don’t bake them there– hence it is not a bakery. Someone else makes their cakes and baked goods. The breads are all from Le Bus, which is great, but they almost always taste stale, even when they are supposed to be fresh. And from what I’ve heard, most of what they have is just thawed out and put in the case. If you are used to Jersey or Philly area bakeries where they actually bake things and have tons of crumb cake, elephant ears, doughnuts etc, then this place will be disappointing. It isn’t awful, but just not an authentic bakery.
