Great service and selection. I was visiting Rapid City and had the good luck of stumbling upon this excellent store in the downtown area. The owner was very helpful and actually measured my feet. After buying a pair of comfortable sneakers, I was suddenly in the mood to go for a long walk (the ratty flip flops I walked in there with were not conducive to that), and the owner gave me some great tips on things to check out in the area. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

Yesterday, We came into the Red Wing shoe store for the first time. We were helped by KC, a very friendly worker at the store. He made us feel very comfortable for our first visit to the store, and was very helpful in finding the shoes that I needed. I definitely will come back in the future to buy shoes there, and would highly recommend others to do the same. Their prices were just as good as any other shoe store in Rapid City. Very very good experience!
