The Blinlion speakeasy honors a very unique time in our countries history (prohibition) where the whole nation had to hide the fact that liked to sit back & enjoy an alcoholic libation. Everything from the music to the uniforms will take you back the 1920’s

Business Owner

Tony strives to create concepts that are on the cutting edge of the global food and beverage scene, with the goal of making Rapid City a premier dining destination. Tony was born & raised in Rapid City, but spent a decade in Boston, MA attending Northeastern University, graduating with a degree in Business Administration.

Tony’s culinary prowess started in Rapid City at the ripe age of 15 where he quickly moved up the ladder and became the youngest person to be promoted to manager in Burger King history. That solid foundation paved the way to the pinnacle of his restaurant experience, an apprenticeship under Todd English, Boston’s most renowned chef and restaurant entrepreneur.
