The service was great and the employes and the new owner of this place seemed nice I will definitely be coming back

I am done with this cleaners. I have tried to overlook their mistakes and support local businesses, but my wallet & clothes can’t take it anymore. I have had similar experiences as some of the other people who commented. I have had shirts come back that don’t look pressed; I brought in a sash that my son was to wear to graduation — it had a stain on the front of it (rented), so I brought it here & asked 1^st if they thought it was possible to get the stain out. They said of course. I asked again, are you sure? They said yes, no problem. I asked if I could have it by Thurs. evening, they said yes. However, when I went to pick it up Thurs. it was not there. They said it would be ready Friday. When I picked it up, it still had the stain on it & they charged me ($ 11) for it anyway. I paid, because my son needed the sash for graduation. Why tell me you can get it out if you can’t, and certainly don’t charge me. The final straw came when I took a dress in to be cleaned. I had only worn it a couple of hours, but wanted it cleaned. When I picked it up, there were stains all over it. Not something I could’ve put there, and not noticed. A bunch of ink-​pen-​like stains on the side, under the arm, at the bottom. I asked what happened, and they said I must have put the stains on there. Nope. Never had a pen, never near one. They just stuck with their story and claimed they didn’t know. I asked for a credit, but after 3 weeks of following up, have not received a thing.

I dropped off my sweatshirt because it had a little black mark on the back. When I got it back, it still had the mark on it. She then told me it was $ 10.50. I asked what the charge was for and she said to clean the entire sweatshirt. I brought it in to get a black mark removed, I walked out with a sweatshirt in the same condition I brought it in but with less money in my pocket and a bad taste in my mouth. The girl was rude. She couldn’t explain to me why I was getting charged when they did not do what they said they would. I paid, because I wanted my sweatshirt back but I will be telling everyone not to go here.
I feel like I was stolen from. Disgusting attitude to go with terrible service.

I am so disappointed with the service this place provided. I brought in a wool beaded sweater and they told me for a sweater it would be $ 6.25. For wool they added $ 1.00. For beads they added $ 2.00. Fine. They promised it for Thursday after 4 pm And I called and asked to make sure it would be ready that day. She said she would call me back. She called Friday afternoon and said it was ready. So already it was a day late. No explanation. I came in on Saturday to pick up the sweater which actually looks great! But all of the sudden they are charging me $ 15. And I said what? The girl said I actually don’t know why let me call my manager. She gets the manager on the phone and he says because it was special care. So I asked first off why they failed to mention that when I dropped it off and also how much they usually charge for a special care item and he basically told me it was random. I was kind of upset and we argued for a bit as to why it could possibly be random and why it was even late in the first Place and finally he asked how much I would like to pay.
This would usually be a one star review but because the sweater came out very nice and because we eventually came to an agreement I gave another star.

Complete RIP OFF!!! The quality of their work is horrible as well. My shirts came back without being pressed!

Friendly service and fast. But, the quality wasn’t that great. They didn’t take time to use the same creases in the pants and the ironing job was poor. Even though it’s convenient, the quality for the prices don’t justify using them.

This place is as good as it gets in terms of dry cleaning in the area. We all know that Palos Verdes is expensive, so why not go to the spot with the best/​fastest service?!

I do not live in this area but was in town for a wedding. When I arrived at my hotel and took out my dress my friend pointed out a stain that I had missed when packing it. I called around to a few cleaners in the area (including the hotel I was staying at) and they all told me they wouldn’t be able to return my dress in time except Seven Seas Golden Cove. Not only did they get the stain out they delivered my dress to my hotel in pleanty of time before the wedding. I would give them 50 stars if I could.

Of all the dry cleaners in Palos Verdes this place was by far the quickest and had the most professional staff. They will even deliver if requested. I know that dry cleaning can be expensive and add up quickly but their prices are great compared to the other businessed in the area.

I was so thrilled to receive such wonderful and fast serivce from a local dry cleaner. Definitely worth the price… and they deliver!

I have tried other dry cleaners in the area and none of them can beat the service that seven seas has. I was very happy with the price and the service!

I think I need some assistance on my rating etiquette…
How would you rate a dry cleaner that was fast, professional, with outstanding results and a clean friendly environment… BUT had outrageous prices.
example:
1 dress and 1 jacket = $ 18.00
And the thing is, I know that the high prices are not a result of the actual results themselves, but in fact basic necessity due to the high cost of rent in this ritzy town.
