One dollar sign for a Starbucks? Haha, goes to show that the pricing is subjective and that’s appropriate for a place like Palos Verdes. Fantastic location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The outdoor seating is the best part about this place, however, it can get crowded here. No drive thru but plenty of parking. This is also a good meet up spot for bicycle rides, runs, hikes(there’s a trail along the shoreline across the street), and other group activities.

Location location location. I wouldn’t normally review a Starbucks because everybody already knows what it is and how it tastes. However, this particular Starbucks is worth a visit! The ocean view on the outdoor patio is breathtaking. If you’re able to catch the sunset here, then you can scratch off Santorini on your places to visit.

A typical Starbucks(dependable coffee, pleasant staff), except for having a location that needs even more seating because it’s so special.

This place is like any other Starbucks on any other street corner in the inside. But the location and view is what sets it apart from most other franchise store. If you’re lucky, you can snag a table next to the window to view the sunset. If you’re even luckier and it’s a gorgeous day, you can snag a table on the patio. The photos of the picturesque view doesn’t give it justice.

Let me just say, I love Starbucks. I think it’s a great company, and I’m probably there four or five times a week. And this location is close to home, and has a stunning view of the ocean. It’s also a very well designed space, and super chic. That being said, I refuse to go there. Every time I’ve been, they’ve messed up my orders, and I’m a pretty simple customer. The service has never wowed me, and there have been times when I’ve been subjected to an outright eye-roll. Which, I understand that you’re upset that I’m making you remake my beverage because I paid and I want what I asked for, but could you try to hide it? Please. End of the day, I don’t like this location, and I go out of my way to avoid it. Which isn’t to say that everyone should. But I would strongly advise you to bring your own coffee if you’re going for the view.

A self proclaimed coffee house critic — I find this starbucks to be far from what you expect from the brand. This location has a great patio and breath taking view I could easily see spending a few hours here enjoying, if only the homeless didn’t continue to linger around me. I found a charge ring for my phone right away but left it at my seat and took my phone with me to the restroom. When I returned it was gone and the barista was rather rude about me asking if they had any more… A all to common response I hear from sbux baristas… People take them. I went to the 7 – 11 next door where I received great service getting my $ 8 charger. Returned to starbucks where I had to wait for a call and charge my phone. I looked around and noticed the floor had debris all over. The one and only rubish bin for the lobby over flowing. 5 employees behind the counter carrying on their own conversations. Needles to say they aren’t worth what they are paid now. Minimum wage didn’t use to mean minimum effort. Ten years ago I had a blast working for starbucks and we enjoyed taking care of our store and we shared the benefits in a nice tip jar. My drink was satisfactory and my breakfast sandwich served quickly. What else can I say, I wish what was promised was offered.

This Starbucks has the most amazing view out of any other Starbucks out there. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. There is a nice walk way that you can walk while looking at the view. This Starbucks is always busy no matter the day or time you go at. I have never seen it without a line and I have been going here for a while. so I would order on the app so you can skip the line. The service is great. The drinks are always consistent. They have plenty of free parking so there is nothing to worry about there.

One of my favorite Starbucks to get work done! Given, there is usually always a line — this location offers a killer view of the ocean! It’s located in a small plaza where there’s plenty of parking too. I usually always get the soy latte, acai refresher, or green tea latte. So far, every drink that’s been made here meets my standards & leaves me satisfied.(= In addition to plenty of outdoor seating, this location also had the cool chargers on some of the tables where you’re able to charge your phones/ipads/etc. Can’t wait to come back here the next time I’m back home!

By far the nicest location for a Starbucks I have ever seen. This location has a grand view of the ocean! It’s such a soothing and calming spot to go study and relax while sipping on a ice cold latte!

This location is always crowded; I dislike crowds. Ocean view is great. Staff is friendly. Place is nice and organized. …and most importantly, the Citrus Green Tea frap is disgusting.

This Starbucks is one to amaze me. The customer service is beyond any other. The baristas are very warm and welcoming. This Starbucks stands out with the fact that it overlooks the ocean and has a decent amount of tables if a person would like to get work done. It seems really nice to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air while having a Starbucks drink. There are several tables outside but, people tend to take them fast. Also, there’s a cozy fire pit to keep you warm as well.

Love my usual starbucks run a day. I always like to rate starbucks because as one might know, not every starbucks is the same experience. A burista can make a coffee different. The staff can be rude. In this instance everything was great. The burista’s were super nice– i got my coffee super fast and i was out the door ready to go to work.

This is a great Starbucks with a fantastic view! I love to come here when I amnon my way somewhere, but also to snag an outdoor table and study. Also, the staff is awesome. I have been here over 30 times and have never had an issue.

Great view! It’s relaxing on the patio(if you can find a seat). Staff is friendly. Parking is available. It’s very crowded on the weekends so expect to wait awhile in line. The tables are usually full. The bathroom line can be long.

Starbucks is known for their consistent taste and quality, so my review isn’t really based in the coffee I drank. The view was amazing. Really quiet area with a Trader Joe’s next door. I would definitely come back here if I’m in the area again.

This rating is only for the gorgeous ocean view. There was a long line inside so I decided to pass and walked to Trader Joes next door to do some shopping instead.

This Starbucks doesn’t do anything different than any other. The staff is nice, the Internet is consistently inconsistent, and the prices are the same from any other store. It’s really all about the location. I don’t know of many local coffee shops with an ocean view, but this one has slowly become one of my favorite study/chill out spots. Ocean breezes and warm coffee make my day. Best to come on weekdays though, the balcony is frustratingly crowded on weekends.

I’m no fan of Starbucks – it’s simply terrible coffee. However, I will say that this location has a great view, with a large seating deck overlooking the ocean. They also have a bar facing that great view with integrated Powermats so you can recharge your phone. So gotta give credit where credit is due. And I have no issues with their teas, hot or iced.

Incredible view! I love that it’s within a shopping center and especially that it’s near trader joes. It’s not that big inside but it’s very spacious outside which is where most people want to be at because of the view. They are very quick and are very accurate in getting the orders right. It’s also very clean.

If I didn’t live so far from this Starbucks, I would be here everyday enjoying the view. There are windows all around the place so there’s no missing the ocean view at all. Plenty of seating inside and out. The staff are friendly, but honestly with a location like this they could provide the worst service ever and still have regulars. Just saying. There’s also plenty of parking there. One of my top two Starbucks! The other is located in rock ridge, ca. Bordering Oakland. It’s overlooking a pond.
