Visser Bus Services is a family owned and run business. The father and son team have over 30 years of combined experience in the school bus industry.

Jim Visser has been in the school bus industry in management for over 25 years with some of the largest school bus contractors. He now joins his son Brad starting their own school bus contracting company.

Driver Diane is the driver for my sons camp today. The way she talks to the kids is so unprofessional and disrespectful. If she is the reflection of their customer service that’s a problem.

Luckily I was chosen to chaperone my sons field trip to the Mt. Sac Planetarium, I just wanted to give great kudos to the very professional bus driver who took our safety as the most important priority. What an amazing lady! Thanks for all you do!

Chino Hills, CA
AT 6:55 am today, I saw a Visser bus northbound on Pipeline approaching Chino Hills Parkway. The light was green for traffic going eat and west on CHP. The driver never stopped when making a right turn onto CHP, even though they obviously had a red light. The bus # was 236M and it apparently was picking someone up at the Ayres Suites as they pulled into the parking lot of the center on the southeast corner of the intersection and headed toward the Ayres. If this is an example of how their drivers, I would not be inclined to use this company.
