Twins Frozen Yogurt

I really love this place. The man who was here in the evening on Friday 2÷5÷16 was exceptional. He was so friendly to everyone here and even offered water for people seating down eating. I hope this place stays around for a long time. The pineapple yogurt was delicious! Thanks for helping me set up the FLOK account!

Decided to try this place since it was close to my house. don’t do it! Drive an extra mile to YogurtLand! This place sucks! The candy was all hard I opened about 6 different candy kids and all of them were hard as rocks! I asked for fresh candy and she had none. The flavored aren’t good. The plain «tart» was nothing like a «tart» flavor! Gross. Too expensive and. Awkward customer service. I wish I could get my money back

Needs music, way too quiet/​better music; it came in when we were there for over 20 minutes and it was strange.
ONE sample cup (you can ask for more but that was kind of ridiculous)

Customer service was not good; the chick didn’t smile or say much at all to me and my friend but made a bit of conversation with a family that came in later; we left during a shift change so that’s why the music turned on. The girl bolted out of there at 7 on the dot and the nicer gentleman that replaced her, thanked us enthusiastically as we left

Wish I could give 10 stars!!! By far the best yogurt place in rancho. The owners are very friendly and attentive I walked in with my 2 younger daughters right away a gentlemen (assuming the owner) asked if he could help with the car seat if you have a 20lb kid you know this is a huge help ;) when it was time to pay my oldest got to spin the wheel and we got a buy get one awesome! I had asked the gentleman if they were serving boba he said yes and gave me two on the house which was very sweet of him I offered to pay but he kindly said no as we were walking to the car him and his wife helped with all our goodies and making sure we got to the car I have to say the generosity was greatly appreciated! And yes their yogurt was amazing everything was very fresh. I will be a long time customer and I hope you do the same thank you twins wonderful experience!!!

Twins frozen yogurt taste and consistency is creamy better than other neighborhood yogurt shops. I tried a bit of various flavors — cake batter, cherry, coconut, chocolate, tart all very good! I did not need toppings on my yogurt at all. Owner very friendly and nice. Definitely coming back for more yogurt.

This place has a great variety of flavors. They also have gelato and custard. The chocolate custard is really good. Very nice owner. I’m eating frozen yogurt for lunch today.

Awesome customer service they make you feel so welcomed. My favorite flavor is the red velvet. Ask for the cheesecake, cookie dough and brownies. They usually keep it in the freezer. So Good! My daughters loves the strawberry juice ball topping

I loved this place. The staff is very friendly and their variety of yogurt and toppings is awesome. I had strawberry cheesecake, double chocolate cookie, and Oreo yogurt with fresh strawberries, sliced almonds, and popping boba. Yummmm.

This review is on behalf of my kids. They said that this is the last time they will ask for Twins. Took them for a treat today and they said that the flavor choices were terrible & the taste was not good either. I would rather have to take more time to drive to Golden Spoon or Yogi Yo over in the Colonies than waste my money on this place any more.

First visit… And will definitely be back! Tons of choices, and all yummy! Great toppings, and reasonable prices. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Super friendly customer service too. I’ve found our new fave.

Decided to try something new. A little tired of the chain yogurt places… Glad we did! The yogurt was cold, very tasty and flavorful and the staff super friendly. Plenty of toppings to choose from. The only the thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is the lack of fresh fruit. My daughter would have liked cookie dough toppings but she said the toasted coconut yogurt was the best! If you’re don’t absolutely want fruit then definitely give this place a try! I don’t think it will disappoint! 4.5 stars!

Great place. Good yogart. Nice people. Great colors and atmosphere. Great music and a great selection of very high quality yogarts. They even have a wheel of fortune at the pay counter for the kids to win various things. I really don’t spend too much time posting or wasting my time talking about anything because Unilocal pushes my reviews out anyways. Too bad I used to like this platform.

Very vibrant setting, plenty of seating if you choose to stay for your snack, very spacious too, so invite all of your friends. There are at least 12 different flavors to choose from, from Java cream to Watermelon tart-​cream mixed together. If that doesn’t sound appetizing to you, check out the more casual flavors like vanilla or strawberry.
Cups are HUGE, but do not be a stickler on how much you pack into your bowl. Pricing is extremely fair – I filled up a bowl to about 7oz, toppings included, and walked out having paid less than $ 6. Over 60 diffeent toppings to choose from, there is no reason not to give yourself a weekly «Christmas» present while grabbing some icy, creamy snow treat from Twins.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Once entering, it is obvious cleanliness is key, here. The atmosphere is hip, chairs are comfortable, overall it is a great place to relax and have a snack. If you are passing through after a workout, or just want something quick and delicious, Twins has your back.

First time here and definitely not the last. When you first walk in the this establishment it is so colourful and happy. They have cartoons playing on the flat screen television on the wall. You just get a comfortable feeling when you walk in. And, I’m not a big fan of frozen yogurt but the yogurt was so creamy, delicious flavours (java) and yummy toppings.
The service was great!
In all a winner and and a much better experience than most of the chain yogurt business.

My daughter had been DYING to try this place out since it opened and since she is on break I thought it would be nice treat. The décor is super cute and friendly staff. Great selection of toppings more than many of the other larger franchise froyo spots in town. It was an added plus that she was able to get a free yogurt! As a fun treat for all of there guests under the age of 12 years old they are given a chance to spin the wheel for a free yogurt! I thought that was very cool and fun for the kiddos and good way to show customer appreciation.

This place is spectacular !!! Very delicious creamy premium yogurt! And Sooooo much toppings to fill up my cup with! A lot of fresh fruits and dry and chocolate toppings!!! Soo yummy! Taste amazing really the best frozen yogurt we had. Give this place a try… great customer service.

Fan-​freaking-​tastic! Glad this place opened up next door! I will be getting my sugar fix on a regular basis! Just like Menchies, you help yourself and serve yourself. Just be prepared for the face off with the scale when it’s time to pay hahaha. They have a boat load of toppings! Unhealthy sugary goodies as well as healthy fresh fruit toppings to choose from. To «top» things off (pun intended) the customer service is excellent! If you’re jonesing for some ice cold creamy goodness and are in the area, give this place a try!
