The ice cream is good, but as stated in other reviews, I’ve also been here when the place is pretty busy and only one person is working the front counter– which is ridiculous.

Icecream was delicious and service was great! Love this location!! I asked her for suggestions of what to order and her choices was great. I can’t remember her name but I go her quite often. I also like that they have senior discount of 50% off mon thru thus.

My review is for Sylvia’s Sweet Treats that runs through this location.
We hired Sylvia for our wedding after seeing her team at a wedding expo and I have to say, Sylvia was amazing!
What we envisioned was what she gave us!
We went for a tasting and the cakes were amazing!
We wanted a cake pop tower with a 2 tier cake, and it wasn’t an issue for her.
She even gave us $ 100 off and some ice cream for booking with her! :)
And delivered 30 miles to our venue!
The marble cake pops were TO DIE FOR!
Our top tier was SO hard to save because our chocolate espresso cake was AMAZING!
We couldn’t have asked for a better set up!
It was BEAUTIFUL!
I only wish we could’ve afforded caramel apple bar :(
As a chef, I usually have trouble enjoying food and desserts, but what she gave us was incredible.

I stuck to my original fav from way back… the founders favorite and it was delicious even more so with a sweet friend. I also tried the strawberry (eh one of the strawberry creations) it’s was really good too. It wasn’t busy and the girl behind the counter was nice. I’m not a huge ice cream fan like I once was but this hit the spot as far as bringing it back. I’m actually craving some founders favorite right now.

I was totally craving ice cream, so i Unilocaled and found this place. I asked my mama if she’d like to join me. so we went. Not what i was expecting didnt get helped for like 10 to 15 minutes tht we got there. Having it be the first time we visited this place and got no help of what she recommend. I wont be going back!

One of the slowest stores I’ve ever been in. Only one person on the counter and they kept helping people who walked in before the people in the line. There was only one person helping and so I left and they didn’t even notice. It’s a shame.

Went here with my boyfriend after we both decided we haven’t had coldstones in awhile and we should treat ourselves.
This coldstones is located in the vons shopping center In a weird corner. Don’t blink you’ll miss it. While walking up we weren’t sure if they were open but went in to an empty store. We were immediately greeted by a nice guy who was more than happy to help us. That was a nice welcome. Ice cream was great. I wish they had snickers but I settled for butterfinger. Meanwhile another couple came in and was immediately greeted by a nice young lady. So from the previous post before they may be better staffed now.
Overall experience was great and will return
Plenty of parking.
No outdoor seating unless you are allowed to use other stores tables?

I was forced to walk out and not even get an ice cream because there was only one girl working with a line of over 15 people and and she asked someone for help and they said they had to finish something and would not come out and help her horrible service!

Came here last night with my kids very good customer service. The only thing is there was a lady in there arguing with someone on the phone she wasn’t a customer she was just using an outlet to charge her phone talking very loud and not caring there was kids around not good… But other then that very nice and clean inside yummy Ice cream:)

Earlier in the day, my husband stopped by Von’s and saw several signs outside posting «$ 1.50 cones today.» After dinner he offered family to go get a cold stone ice cream cone, we pilled in car and headed to the store. Once we got there and about to order we were informed that today is Wednesday and $ 1.50 cones only offered Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. We showed them the signs posted outside and they simply removed the signs. They offered no apologies. I would have expected at the least they would have given us the advertised special… if not cones on the house. They just stood there and watched us walk out. Rude and certainly not professional way to treat customers.

Irene is super friendly and offers great customer service. She started conversation and we kept it going until I was ready to eat.
By the way the ice cream is delicious. ;)

Came here yesterday night to grab ice cream. There was a person ahead of me ordering and only one employee working. However, I see another employee come out the door, talk to the other employee and go to the back. Okay. I’m waiting with my sister and niece. We already know what we want, it’s been about 10 minutes. Still waiting. We finally get helped and people start coming in. Now the other employee comes out to help them even though we have been waiting awhile. While the employee is mixing our ice cream, he starts talking to the other employee aloud. I felt very uncomfortable, I’m here for ice cream not to know that you you don’t want to work here anymore and that you have school in two months. The employee finishes making our ice cream and that’s it.

When I first walked in the cold stone it was very nice inside and good Customer service the girls are very sweet and good with people and there is so many flavors to pick but it’s worth the money because it’s so good and I like how they mix the ice cream in front of you I will come back soon

I’ve been to many cold stones in my 23 years of life from Alhambra to Rosemead all the way up here to Upland, and honestly i don’t know if i should laugh or cry at this location. Onto my review it was out of my way, but i figured what the heck I’ll go by because my auntie and uncle own it (2 stars), and they have provided a top tier cake for my sons dedication and birthday (3 stars). But here’s where they messed up in my opinion i had a coupon for a creation + mix in dealy (thank you American red cross) and i went to cash it in and the person behind the counter would not honor it (–2stars). I will not becoming back.

Wow, we received amazing service and delicious ice cream at coldstone’s, thanks ladies! We loved our love-​It sizes after grocery shopping and we will be sure to be back. Service was refreshingly friendly and quick. Yum!

My fiancé and I went here for a «cake tasting»
1^st off the samples were so small we barley could have a bite each. Then the owner bad mouth other company’s saying no one is better than her cakes or cheaper! Let me says we went the next weekend and found someone better AND cheaper. Also she wanted us to have a Sunday ice cream bar and told us how «outdated» candy bars are guess what? We are having a candy bar because it is what we could afford so I guess we are outdated people! Also, she told us if we didn’t book on the spot she would have to have charge us a delivery free but we needed time to think about it since we are paying for our wedding. She pushed us the whole appt to book with her we hated feeling pressure like that
Bottom line: bad mouthing other company’s to get business is wrong and also saying how we are outdated for having candy bar to try to sell us your Sunday bar is just wrong! Even if her prices were the best (which they are not) I would never go to someone who was so rude.

These owners are wonderful and very supportive of Upland schools and fundraising efforts! I love this Cold Stone and will keep coming back!

one time my friend was working and i was playing around and gave him coins after another and made him sing like 4 times!
