I’ve been working out with Michelle for a few months now and she is AMAZING! don’t hesitate to come workout if you really want to get in shape! Michelle will work your butt off. She’s super patient and so knowledgable. She works with beginners all the way to advanced people so don’t be intimidated to come join. She will walk you through every move. Sergio is also a great trainer. I have nothing bad to say about Surge Fitness except that I wish I would’ve joined sooner! I’ve seen amazing results. I know I wouldn’t be able to do this alone so thank you Michelle! I love you!

I’ve been training with Michelle for almost a year and have never looked or felt more fit in my life. She’s great… Sergio too. I have tried other trainers, boot camps, spinning, Body Pump… you name it and always got bored or did not see total body results like I do now. She knows her stuff!

I have been attending boot camps and personal training sessions at Surge Fitness since they opened. This place is the best! Sergio and Michelle are awesome trainers and are so knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. They are very patient and really take the time to teach every single person in their classes. It is a very comfortable atmosphere and I never feel intimidated like I do at a regular gym. If you are looking for great results, you need to try Surge Fitness!

If I could give this place more stars I would! I take a class with Mercedes, who is an instructor and trainer. She is absolutely amazing! She gives you the push you need without being too aggressive. She’s helped me so much in so little time. I’m not been a morning person but she has me looking forward to her classes all the time! I guarantee anyone would get the results they need with Mercedes. She’s super friendly and very understanding to your needs. The workouts can be challenging but so worth it! Definitely would recommend Mercedes and surge fitness to anyone who is serious about getting the results they want!

Sergio and Michelle are first class trainers and nutrition counselors. They adapt their program to all fitness levels and pay close attention to proper form reducing your risk of injury. I belong to a local gym but have never felt comfortable working out on my own. Their program is not only challenging but they make each work out unique and it never gets boring. Very encouraging also. I highly recommend Surge Fitness if you are serious about getting healthy.

Surge Fitness is an awesome boot camp at a very reasonable rate. The workouts are very challenging, but Sergio will adapt them to all levels, taking it down a notch for some and kicking it up a few for others. He is very creative with his workouts and we rarely do the same things twice, which makes it interesting! I will continue to attend this boot camp even though I have a membership to 24-​Hour Fitness. I can’t get this kind of attention at a big gym!

I’ve doing the boot camp with Sergio and Michelle for 3 months now. I love it and highly recommend it. It’s fun, intense, hard and they include a great variety of exercise routines; it’s never boring. I’ve seen more results in three months that ever, even when I had a private trainer at the gym. Love it!

This is my second training class with Sergio, and I absolutely love it! The classes are always fun, but challenging. Sergio is beyond patient and encouraging! I like the way he takes the time to teach us and shows us new techniques. Overall, I feel a lot better and plan to continue BOOT CAMP! Thanks, Sergio!

I’ve just finished my 3rd week of personal training and bootcamp with Sergio and I love it! He not only trains you, but teachers you the science behind the movements and nutrition. Working out finally makes sense. He pushes me in the way that I need and is motivational. I look forward to going to training and feeling the burn! I highly recommend Surge Fitness! All of their trainers are so friendly and welcoming! Perfect for all fitness levels!
