History
Established in 2010.
We have traveled all over the country and been the the best training facilities at every level. We are professional athletes who have been exposed to elite training. During our various training sessions we got certified in various forms of exercise. We have been training people and getting them faster results because of the knowledge we obtained and the experience of going through the various programs.

PRO CAREER: Defensive back who previously played under the name Robert Herbert re-joins the Sacramento Mountain Lions for the 2011 UFL campaign… Had 2010 season cut short due to injury, but recorded nine total tackles and three pass breakups… Started all six games at right cornerback for the California Redwoods in 2009, and was third on the team with 30 tackles and second with eight pass breakups.
COLLEGE: Began career at Compton City College in 2003, recording 46 tackles and 16 pass breakups… Also scored 4 touchdowns as a running back… Saw first action at Colorado State as a sophomore in 2004 and recorded 52 tackles, 1 interception and 1 fumble recovery… Started all 12 games as a junior in 2005 and earned honorable mention All-Mountain West Conference honors… Finished fourth on the team with 72 tackles and added 3 interceptions for 84 yards, 9 pass defenses, 4 forced fumbles, 2 fumble recoveries and 1 tackle for a loss… Was named preseason All-MWC first-team in 2006.
