Sinclair Window Cleaning

As we prepare to sell our home we hired Jeff Sinclair (who is personable and attentive) to power wash and clean windows. He did a great job, even got stains that we didn’t expect to go away off patio and driveway. We are now shiny and clean!

We have 40 or Windows that were really hammered from having the house painted. Jeff spent the better part of 6 hours cleaning them. Did a great job.

Jeff did an amazing job on my solar panels and windows. I just had the exterior of the house painted and had a lot of dirt and grime on them from the construction. Have never had the windows professionally cleaned before since I purchased the home 2 years ago. The windows had a ton of hard water spots from sprinklers, and the screen door on the back slider was off track and ripped.
Jeff used his professional cleaning skills and removed all the hard water spots, cleaned the windows (inside/​out), and aligned the screen door and completely redid the screening. I am very pleased with his work, professionalism, and customer service. Not to mention, he power-​washed my walkway. I highly recommend his services if you are looking for a great window cleaning service.

He is so easy to work with on scheduling, he is a very nice, friendly (but not overly friendly if you know what I mean) guy that enjoys his work and does a terrific job! You might find someone to do it a little cheaper but you won’t find anyone better! Our windows are now invisible and the tracks and screens are clean.

We did a home renovation before we moved in to our new house, so as you can imagine, there was a lot of dust and dirt left over from the remodeling. We decided to give Sinclair Window Cleaning a call to clean the windows and sliding doors.
We have a lot of windows and sliding doors, and as I said, they were pretty dirty, so it took Jeff two trips to finish the entire job, but the windows have probably never been this clean in a really really long time.

Jeff just left and my windows look amazing. He is prompt and does an incredible job! We just had some construction done and we could barely see out of a couple of the windows and now they sparkle! He also re-​screened one of our sliders and got some major water spots where a sprinkler hit another slider. His work ethic is very professional and he, himself, is very friendly. His pricing is more than fair!

Jeff did an awesome job cleaning our windows our windows had not been cleaned in over eight years they were disgusting but Jeff took on the challenge and did an amazing job he spent over four hours cleaning our windows, tracks and screens very diligently they look amazing and the price was affordable thanks again Jeff for doing such an amazing job. Called Jeff as I needed help on short notice for a big party next weekend. It took a little text-​tag to work out a schedule, but Jeff’s communication was prompt and accommodating.
Jeff arrived a few minutes before our appointment time today, and got right to work after a quick review of my expectations. He did the outside of the house first, including the (admittedly) filthy screens, then took care of the inside right away. He worked efficiently and well, was careful with things in windowsills or where he had to reach around things in the home, and was done in a few hours.
Anyone can clean a window. It takes a pro to do it well and cheerfully! Jeff of Sinclair Windows is that pro. Many thanks for rescuing me from several days of drudgery, Jeff!

I needed someone to come out and clean the water spots off my windows and make them sparkle on a rental property I have. I read the reviews on Unilocal and decided to call for a estimate. Jeff was nice and professional and agreed to do my windows whenever it was convent for me. I wanted my windows to sparkle for my new tenants that are moving in next month. He arrived on time and cleaned them perfectly. I was very happy and will be using him again for my home.
