I contacted Scott regarding a sewer overflow on one of my listings in Rancho Cucamonga, Scott returned my call promptly and scheduled the work very timely. Scott was familiar with plumbing issues for that area, was very reasonably priced for Jet Rodding Service, and very professional. I will definitely use him again!

McLeod Plumbing is the best. I have needed their help a couple of times at my house and recently entrusted them with my mother. They did a tremendous job taking care of her. It is great to know I can refer my mother to someone that will not take advantage of her.

Ryan and Carson just left my house. I was so impressed with their service, congenial personalities and their fair pricing. They also gave me information on a potential home owners claim because of our leak and now they will be quoting me on re-​piping the house (which we now feel like we should do as soon as we can). I also appreciated that they cleaned up better than expected. They were also on time. My husband and I agree that they will be our first call for future plumbing issues. Fantastic job!!!

After trying to deal with my home warranty company and getting fed up with their lack of service in dealing with my water heater, I found Scott on Unilocal.He immediately came out to my home the same night I called his company and diagnosed the problem. Within two days, he went out of his way to find the parts I needed to fix my water heater (when the home warranty company told me it would take weeks due to a back order of parts) and he even came late at night to install the part so I could finally have hot water after close to two weeks of dealing with no hot water. As a mother of two little boys, hot water is vital, so thanks to Scott for going above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Scott last Friday and oh my goodnes was I blessed with meeting such a nice man! At first, I called the number listed & didn’t think whoever would answer would even give me the time of day since I was on the hunt for used pvc pipe. I was definitely wrong because a very nice lady answered and told me she would tell her husband to give me a call. Well, thank you Scott’s wife for relaying the message to him because he did get back to me and was able to assist me. I feel like I was able to know so much about Scott, his family and his business in about 20minutes. I can’t thank him enough for what he did. My family and I used this company less than a year ago to fix a leaky shower. Ryan informed us that they would need to break the wall behind the shower in order to get to the pipes to replace a shower valve. So they did just that, they made a 2 foot hole in our den wall (didn’t even leave the piece of dry wall so we could use to patch up the wall again) to get to the pipes and charged us $ 650 for the parts and labor to fix our leaky shower. We thought that was extremely expensive, but since I trusted my friend who recommended him & because I am no plumbing expert, we bit the bullet and went with them.
I kid you not that damn shower is leaking again. Not even a full year has passed and we are dealing with the same drip from before. Ryan came back and told us that our water pressure is too high so our regulator needs to be replaced. I asked him why this wasn’t caught before and he said he didn’t even check the pressure the first time around because it wasn’t a pressure issue before. It seems like our pressure has been high for quite some time so I feel like it should have been caught beforehand.
As mentioned earlier, I am not a plumber, but it is ridiculous that our shower is leaking again when we JUST paid a great amount of money to fix it in the first place & left a huge hole in our wall. He said he would give us «discount» on the parts and labor because we would be returning customers (as if we wanted to return in the first place). He priced us at $ 650 for replacing the shower cartridge and regulator which included our «discount.» $ 650 before and $ 650 again. I was hoping for an almost free of charge service seeing as we just had them out to fix our shower, but nope.
Needless to say we did NOT give them a call back to schedule the work because it’s complete nonsense that we should have to pay that much again for something that was «fixed» less than a year ago. We called out several other plumbers (with just as many stars on Unilocal & more reviews) and they quoted us for way less (down to $ 400) for the exact same services.

Ryan is EXCEPTIONAL. We had a problem this morning at my folks house on a Sunday. I called Scott McLeod Plumbing and fortunately the issue was simple and problem solved within 90 minutes of my phone call. Charges were fair and reasonable and service was OUTSTANDING. These are our new GO TO plumbers !! Thank you Ryan and Team !!!

We had a water pressure issue and called Scott McLeod Plumbing because of the great Unilocal reviews. We could not have been happier with the great service we received! Ryan, who was extremely knowledgable, diagnosed our problem right away. Our water pressure was at 150 psi and the normal is supposed to be between 70 — 80! Ryan installed a new regulator & said that we were lucky that we hadn’t had a pipe burst. We are so glad that we found this great company on Unilocal.We would highly recommend Scott McLeod Plumbing and plan on referring them to all of our family & friends.

Had a water-​hammer thing going on in my house. Ryan came over from Scott McLeod, put in a new regulator (a nice upgrade to my old one)…problem solved. These guys were local and I found them on Unilocal.I noticed they were highly rated so I tried them. I’ll use them again.

I had two leaky faucets in the bathroom so I gave them a call. Scott was here within two hours to check on the problem. He took his time to inspect and isolate the problem before jumping into conclusion. He came back the next day with the parts to fix our faucets and finish the task within 20 minutes at a reasonable rate. Not only was he professional, but he was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He also recommended me an electrician since I need electrical jobs to be done around the house. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely call him again in the future for any plumbing problems.

Great service… we called and Ryan arrived a half hour later… he diagnosed our problem and had it fixed within an hour at a very affordable rate… my husband had worked on it for at least 2hrs with no results… Ryan was very friendly and knowledgable… we now have our plumber when needed and will refer friends and family

I called Scott McLeod on a Sunday afternoon when I had no hot water. He was friendly and very quick to assess the problem over the phone. On Monday morning I called GE and ordered the part needed. When the part was delivered Tuesday morning, I called the office back and Katie relayed the message to Ryan who came out and installed the part quickly and efficiently.
My dishwasher was leaking and he fixed that for me also.
I couldn’t be happier with the professional manner in which my problems were handled.

My hot water heater no longer produced hot water. I called McLeod Plumbing and they were out quickly. The young man who came out assisted me in calling the manufacturer so they would send the necessary part. As soon as the part was in he came back out and installed it. Being without hot water is miserable so I really appreciated the expediency. While he was here he also tightened my kitchen faucet. The best plumber in Rancho Cucamonga and I have used several!!!

I called a couple of places that were on Unilocal and had horrible service with really expensive quotes. I called Scott and he was super fast. I had a same day service. He got the job done right the first time around. He’s honest and literally a family man. I honestly love supporting family run business. Seriously don’t waste your time or money with others.

So at 10 pm on a Friday night my pressure regulator went out and had almost zero pressure. I looked on Unilocal for someone in the area with good reviews and decided on Scott. Called them on Saturday at 7:45 am and he answers and says he has a few other jobs but will be there and quote me before doing any work. He came by a few hours later and quoted me and said he was going to get parts and will be back on an hour. He brought back his team of boys that were so professional. It’s so good to see a true family business. Prices were great and the teamwork was awesome. While there they also replaced a leaking hose on a toilet. They will truly be our family plumber lifelong. I will be referring them to everyone I know.
