Back in 2012 I had the pleasure of dealing with Frank in regards to the installation of our AC-​and Heating. Once installed the company came out to make minor adjustments with the airflow. Each time the technicians were very nice and professional and always left asking if there was anything else needed.
Recently I had AAAM, Inc do a maintenence check and again the technician provided us with the best of service. I have to admit there was a small problem however after speaking with Frank it was quickly and efficiently resolved. I highly recommend Frank and the team at All Air Appliance Masters.

Called them and I needed heat today and they fit me in and basically we needed a new mother board on heater fixture they came next day and TA DA we have heat ! Great customer service we will use again when needed

This company was such a joy to work with after having a terrible, two month experience with another contractor. A technician named Brian came to our home and diagnosed the issue within minutes. I could tell that he was very knowledgable and well trained in his field. A true expert! I was assured the solution to our AC issue would be a simple and much more efficient option than our previous system. We received a reasonable quote and scheduled the install within a week.
All Air Masters has now completed the installation of our new evaporator coil and high efficiency condenser unit. We could not be more pleased with the results. And if the products and service don’t speak for themselves, I can attest that the customer service is exceptional! We were treated with the utmost respect from the first phone call we made to completion of the work. We even received a follow up call from the owner, Frank, to ensure that we were pleased with our results. Frank is an incredible business owner which is rare to find these days! The technicians were patient in helping us understand everything and we were never pushed to buy more than we needed. I can’t say enough about how awesome this company is. 10 stars in my book!

All Air Masters has just completed the installation of a new furnace, air conditioner, completely new ducting and insulation in my 2300 square foot townhome.
I chose them after getting an estimate from another company, which also seemed good. However, I went with All Air Masters for several reasons. I was impressed that Frank, the owner of the company, came to my house to give the estimate and answer any questions. The other company had a sales rep give me the information, and I had to go to their offices for a report of an energy audit that I had them do. The two estimates I received were within a few hundred dollars of each other.
After being favorably impressed with Frank’s knowledge and straightforward manner, I decided to check further. I read the online reviews of his company, spoke with the City office in charge of inspections of HVAC systems, and spoke with a man who worked in the air conditioning shop of an organization that Frank had mentioned that his company does work for. Coincidentally, the person in the air conditioning shop had just had All Air Masters do a complete HVAC renovation of his residence.
The results of these inquiries led me to decide to go with Frank’s company. The online reviews were almost all very positive (I assume that 5% of reviewers of anything would not be satisfied with perfection itself); the City employee in the inspection department said they had never had a problem with All Air Masters’ installations, and that the company was one of the most active in our city; and the man in air conditioning shop was very pleased with his HVAC renovation and with the care that the installation crew had shown, including their minimizing dust.
So I scheduled the job for my townhouse about a month ahead. Frank stayed in touch with me in the interim, and the equipment and his crew appeared as scheduled. Everything went smoothly during the 5 days that it took to complete the job. When my wife wanted more information about the certification of the outside asbestos duct removal crew, Frank provided it. The crew of Bobby and Jose were hard workers and pleasant people to be around. Bobby kept me informed of the steps that they were undertaking each day. Frank did a final inspection and answered any questions I had.
My experience with All Air Masters was positive in all aspects. I would definitely recommend them as a genuinely professional provider of HVAC services.

Better late than never but I highly recommend this company to all that might need AC/​Heating help.
I wanted to remove the asbestos and check out my unit and I had a company come out that was recommended by a co-​worker. I had the guy come out and inspect my unit and had to pay $ 65.00 for that. Anyways when the guy gave me the quote I was floored. Luckily my other co-​worker just had recently bought a house and had this company do major work on his unit and he talked very highly of Frank and his crew and told me to have Frank come out and give me an estimate. Let’s just say that after he looked over the unit and talked about what he would do and then gave me the quote I signed the paperwork right then and there.
Also the crew that came out were a pleasure to work with. Any questions/​concerns they answered without hesitation. I can also say that the customer service provided is outstanding. They came out to my house a few times when I had some concerns and checked out the unit and explained again how the system works and put my fears to rest. I plan to use them for some additional work that I want done knowing that their prices are fair and reasonable and the service is outstanding.

I just got a new air conditioner from All Air Appliance Masters and I could not be happier. Frank and his crew did an outstanding job! They responded right away to my request for a service call when my ac went out, and had a new one installed the very next day (my ac was 27 years old.) I highly recommend them!

All Air Appliance Masters came out to our house on Saturday to put in a new air conditioner and furnace because the old air conditioner and furnace were too old and not up to code. They sent their best crew (Fabian, Danny, Angel and John) and they went right to work. All of the guys were very nice, courteous, friendly and got the job done. Frank, the owner, is the best. All I can say is AWESOME! Before we got Central Air in our home we called several different companies out to come and take a look. Some were in and out of the house in less than 2 minutes and quoted us a big prize. The day Frank came to our house was different. He was so friendly and wow so educated. He carefully looked around and explained detail by detail what needed to be done. Our decision was made there was no need to look any longer, we went with All Air Appliance Masters. And boy was that a great decision! That week was hot so in the mean time they brought in 2 portable air conditioners to keep us cool at no charge. Bobby, Jose & Angel did an outstanding job. Called because the ice maker on my 7yr old GE Profile refrigerator was leaking. The service man arrived timely and after making a cursory look at the door seals, which he said were in excellent condition, writing down the serial number of the refrigerator declared that I needed a new ice maker which was very expensive. ($ 300) He then proceeded to tell me what a terrible choice I had made in selecting this particular refrigerator and that I probably would have to replace it in a couple of years anyway. Since I was unwilling to spend $ 300 on the ice maker, I paid the $ 49 for the service call and sent him on his way. Today I found out that a replacement ice maker costs $ 140 installed.

Wow! Great, professional service! My AC went out yesterday, called them this morning and they were out to fix it within a few hours. I called other AC repair companies and they told me it could take up to two weeks before they would be out to fix the problem. Glad I found All Air Masters on Unilocal!The repair price was very reasonable. I will be calling them again in the future for any appliance repair issues. Thank you Brian for your help!

Appreciate Frank in calling me to address my concerns regarding his initial quote. He was thorough in his service call. Although I did not use him after speaking with him, I feel he is worth considering if you are getting quotes for repairs or installations. Unilocal is a forum to protect the novices like myself. In hindsight, I may have used them if I had the time to ask Frank more questions about other quotes I got. He offered to refund my service call fee which I felt was every honorable given I did not use his company and he did take the time to come out and look at the system. My husband and I have been using All Air for years! Frank and his crew are always professional, prompt and friendly. Over the years they have been to our house several times to fix various issues and they are extremely knowledgeable, flexible with scheduling and they get the work done fast and at reasonable costs. We have referred them to our neighbors and family and their service has been consistent!
This is the only company we will call for our heating/​air conditioning needs we also purchase our water filter for our refrigerator every year from them and they always give us the best price around. I would highly recommend them!

All air masters was very professional and nice. Two techs came out to help with our nest system and they were very professional and helpful. Brian explained what he was doing and was very knowledgable about our nest system. They are also very fast and made both appointments on time!

I had had good luck with this company in the past so I did not hesitate to call them when the Gas Company red tagged my furnace (made it inoperable) after a routine inspection. (They look at all of your gas appliances after fumigation). The problem concerned the venting, not the furnace per se, and the Gas Company ultimately admitted they had been mistaken. There was no problem.
The first technician who came out could not identify a problem (meaning he got it right) and said he would have an installer come out and have a look. I regarded that as an honest response. The problem was with the installer. He said immediately that the furnace was on its last legs and that it was not safe to operate it. The flames were dancing and there was a smell of something dangerous in the air (this was the first time the furnace had been operated this year, so I suspect it was the dust that gets into the registers). This made me suspicious because what is dangerous about furnaces is carbon monoxide and that is odorless. In any case, he started giving me prices of new furnaces. I said I’d like to think about it.
Subsequently another HVAC person from another company came out (unfortunately at my expense) and an inspector from the Gas Company did as well. They both agreed that the furnace is operating safely, perfectly in fact, and that there is no need to replace it. The flames were not dancing, they looked as they should. My two carbon monoxide monitors have not alerted me to any dangers.
Before posting this, I sent an email to All-​Air inviting the manager or owner to come out and have a look for himself or herself. I did not want to post anything damning if there was simply a misunderstanding or if they could convince me that there was any danger. I did not hear back.
The two stars are for the great service received from this company in the past and the first technician who came out this time and said, quite honestly, that he couldn’t identify a problem.

I hired these guys to find out why I needed a new living room ceiling for the second time in two months. They quickly saw what the other A/​C company missed. They were perfectly happy to repair my problem (which wasn’t a problem with the A/​C at all, but a problem with the piece of wood on which the coils sat … or leaned drunkenly now which was the problem). Since I liked them, I wanted an evaluation of my system which struggled to keep things at 80 and cost me well over $ 400 a month in the summer for my little house. We went out to see how old my system was. and it was getting up there in years and was pretty underpowered. We discussed the inefficient organization of ducting in the attic … it seems at least one duct wasn’t even connected to the vent. There were also large areas that had no insulation. This made some sense since there is only enough room in the crawlspace for a hobbit. Now, as I had no faith in my A/​C to begin with, I decided I did not want to ever see my rafters again while repairing it. I had these guys reduct my attic, put in a high end Trane system that looks like it has the power to fly my house, and blow in some kickass insulation. They also got me a year of free financing. I waited to write this until I got the first electric bill. It was less than half of normal.

Frank Cruz and his crew of Ruben and Angel did a great job on our new Trane Air and Heating system. Other companies didn’t want to go through the trouble of covering up new access wholes needed to gain additional access to attic. They wanted to charge me more for doing half the job. Frank offered to do the whole job for less. Frank’s crew made access openings and then covered them up with covers that could be removed again, if needed. They did a very thorough job and gave us two zones and two thermostats. I am very pleased with their work and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new system or needs repairs.
Frank, also helped me by completing all Hero Program paperwork.

Our central air hasn’t been working for weeks and the summer is heating up. We have a 5 month old baby and having no air in the summer is making my family miserable. We needed help fast! We’ve called different places and have gotten different quotes and install dates. We found this company as a referral by Lowe’s in Upland. We actually got an appointment and they showed up the same day when we called. Frank came to our appointment and was very professional and informative. He answered all our questions and gave us space in making our decision. He didn’t pressure us in any way to pick their company to do the job. My wife and I discussed all our options and made our decision. The best part of all is that they gave us multiple options on pricing, got the best price among all quotes and promised to get the earliest installation date. Let’s do this!!!
We signed all docs and a waiver that they would do the install in 2 days from the time of consultation due to some California law that a customer has to wait 3 days before an HVAC company an do an install. We didn’t wanna wait. We were confident that Frank’s company, with his knowledge and experience, can do the perfect job that we needed.
At the day of installation, the guys were very professional. Explained what they were doing at every step. They finished the job in the promised amount of time and even cleaned up more than what they were supposed to!

Frank Cruz from All Air Appliance Masters is one of the best people I have ever spoken to about air conditioning. First I would like to say that he is a person interested in helping you solve your A/​C problem versus just trying to sell you a product. It’s like talking to a relative who has your best interest at heart.
Second, he carefully explained, as well as, educated me on the best system right for my house and budget. I appreciated the time he took so I could make an informed decision without the pressure of a sales pitch. Through All Air Appliance Master he was able to secure interest free financing so that I may keep my capital in the bank.
The installation went extremely well and exactly as promised. He worked with my contractor that was replacing the patio to relocated the outside compressor to a different location free of charge.
I now have a reliable system that will last me a long time as well as a confident company that will stand behind their work.

I was referred to All Air Appliance Masters by Home Depot when I needed a replacement part for my washing machine.
Though my machine is quite old, AAAM was able to locate a part and have it ready within 48 hours of my initial phone call! The price was better than that quoted by Sears online.
Employees were friendly, attentive and helpful. I will be returning in the future for appliance parts and service!

My ac stopped blowing cold air — called All Air Masters from a recommendation and they were very quick to come out and let me know what the issue was. They had it fixed the following day and the price was great. Frank and all his guys were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them!
