I totally screwed-up my 1st time ‘Online Order’ on the Panda Express website, and sent my order to this(forgotten about) Panda Express location in the Victoria Gardens food court. Obviously when I arrived at the wrong location(Foothill/15 Fwy), my order was nowhere to be found. I made a quick phone call to Victoria Gardens location; and a helpful manager there contacted the manager at the location where I was at, and had my order ready for me in minutes. Can’t remember her name, but excellent customer service!

I came at noon on Sunday and there was no kung pow chicken(Which was the only thing my daughter liked there) I asked how long it would be and they said 4 minuets. 20 minutes later it was still not ready– They admitted there was a «miscommunication with the cook». I couldn’t wait any longer and I asked to get money back and Maria gave me ONEDOLLAR! She said that is all the second entrée cost. I said that I was very dissatisfied that my daughter did not get to eat and she said there was not anything she could do. There was no manager on duty. I went back a week later to talk to the manager. It was sunday lunch time again, no manager on duty and hardly any food ready to serve. I ate elsewhere. Terrible customer service and they need to be prepared for busy meal times by having food ready!

Went there for a quick lunch. I got the Fried Rice with Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken. The rice was great and both chicken entrees were flavorful. The only minor complaint was that my jaw got all tired from chewing the orange chicken. Apart from that, it’s all good. :)

Came at 5pm today. Not sure if the workers were on break or just shooting the breeze, but they didn’t show any concern for the long line waiting to be served. But Anna A handled the rush terrifically all by herself and was very polite. The wait was long but it was understandible with the one worker.

we were there during dinner time at 7pm my two girls want noodles. What a joke! the selections were sparse, dried, looked as if its been sitting there quite some time. Not fresh at all.

Good service but old looking veggies no mall employee discount unless you get a 2 combo. I chose 2 stars instead of 1 because it’s a mall location so obviously they wouldn’t be that good

As god as any other Panda Express. For Chinese fast food it is a place I like to eat.

As far as Chinese fast food chains go, I’d rather go to a whole in the wall with the word ‘wok’ in the title. For the prices I pay at Panda I get very little. It’s not like I can eat it all in one sitting anyways, but I’m so used to having enough to share/take home. The portion sizes are fine, but not for almost 7 buck per plate. That’s my biggest issue… it’s cost so much for so little. Most can argue that they make it fresh to order and that you can see them cook it a few feet away. Well, I can see the same at my neighborhood Chinese food place. I don’t eat meat so I order the shrimp items, 1. they’re pre-made/pre-frozen and 2. they charge an EXTRA dollar for 5 – 6 small shrimps. It’s stupidly expensive. Only if I’m craving it and if it’s the only place within a 10 mile radius will I force myself to eat there again.

Great tasting clean facility but there is always a line. During busy times(lunch, late afternoon, and dinner) there are normally 3 – 6 people in line. They need a few more employees. If you are in a rush(during lunch or dinner), you best go elsewhere.

I could probably eat panda express orange chicken everyday for the rest of my life. I would probably wiegh 3974187408270749 lbs. but, I would definitely be happy. The 1 entrée, 1 side combo is enough food for me, but most people get the 2 or 3 combo option. This location is within the food court at victoria gardens, it is not very crowded and the facilities are kept clean. The relatively higher seating than normal makes the food court pretty fun as well. You always get a fortune cookie with your order, however, there is a cupcake place opposite of pandas that is absolutely amazing.

Okay, first off, this is Panda Express. The fast food chain is to authentic Chinese food what Taco Bell is to authentic Italian food. Yes. Italian food. You know what you’re getting into when you go there and you better hope you took your Prozac beforehand or suicide looks tempting. As for this Panda Express specifically, it’s not too shabby. It can be on the busier side compared to other fast food places in the food court at Victoria Gardens but the workers have a tendency to move customers quickly. Also, the workers have«My life sucks» vibe about them unlike at other Panda Expresses(looking at you, Fontana!). To summarize, this is a better local Panda Express just don’t epect greatness if you never been to a Panda Express before.
