Mountain View Glass & Mirror

A big waste of time dealing with mountain view glass. Had a appt from 2:00 — 4:00pm made a week ago. No mention of any other contacts or phone calls. Took the afternoon off to get a sliding glass window replaced/​installed. $ 500.00 plus job. The repairman called and I missed the phone call because I was taking out the trash. Approximately 10 minutes later, I called them back. Stated they went on to another customer and after that their «day is done.» Again, big waste of time dealing with mountain view glass.

How nice are these guys? I brought some nightstand table tops in that another glass shop left really sharp edges on. Said they would smooth them out and have them the next day. Came back to pick up, pulled out my wallet and they said no charge. Nice.

we are extremely satisfied with our garden window project. Nick & Mike replaced the glass on the window for us since we could not install a new one due to possible tile damage. They were fast at ordering & repairing new glass and our window looks very close to new. They also replaced a side light window for us along side our front door which now gives us 100% privacy. we would HIGHLY recommend Mountain View Glass & Mirror for any in home or business project.

These guys were were fast, on time and did a very nice clean job. I would definitely use Mountain View glass over the rip guys at Ace if you are in the Rancho Cucamonga area.

I had mountain view come out today.
Mike was great. They could nor help due to the fact that the French door was a molded to the glass.
But he took the time to explain, since I live in a newer home, what I needed to finalize THE repair.
I would highly recommend Mike or mountain view for their window needs.

I received very rude service in the store and via phone conversation.

I called Mountain View to install all new windows and a sliding door in my house. Mike arrived on time to give me a quote. He was on-​time and very professional. I made the decision to hire them to do the job. I made an appointment to have the final measurements taken. I live in Irvine and the house is in Rancho Cucamonga (about a 50 mile drive one way). The appointment time comes and goes. I get a call about an hour after the appointment time informing me that they will need to re-​schedule. Not cool.
They made it to the next appointment on-​time and the final measurements were taken. I was told that it would take 7 days to receive the windows and another two to install. I was also told they would be receiving a delivery date about 3 business days after the order was placed and I would be called to schedule the installation.
About 4 days after the windows were ordered, I called to see if the delivery date had been received. I was told they did not receive a date yet but they would follow up and get back to me. I was called 3 days later and told they had some issues with their account and it would take another 7 days for the windows to be fabricated and delivered. Frustrated, I told them that it was unacceptable and asked if there is anyway they could get the windows sooner, even if they had to use a different vendor and pay more (at their expense). They were able to get the windows sooner than 7 days, so I was satisfied.
They construction was to take two days. The first day went smooth. The installers arrived on time and got a lot done. I was told they would be coming the next day (a Saturday) to finish the installation. I arrive on Saturday morning and the appointment time comes and goes. I called and was told that they do not schedule jobs on Saturday and that no one would be coming. The cherry on top was that the sliding door had not been delivered, so there would be no point in them coming. Another 100 miles in gas wasted. The sliding door came in and we scheduled another appointment. The installation went smooth.
In conclusion, Mountain View does excellent work. The windows and sliding door function and look great! The installers are clean and highly skilled. They just need better management.

Been using these guys for 20 plus years for various needs. They always do it right, they are done when they say they’re going to be and very reasonably priced. It never occurs to me to call anyone else.
