If you are looking for a repair shop that cares about their customers and gives great service, then Mission Collision is the place to go! I will never take my car to any other place now cause I had such a great experience! The staff was awesome and they took care of everything for me when dealing with my insurance company! Best part was they saved me lots of money and returned my very damaged car back to me looking brand new! Never felt they were trying to rip people off, but instead genuinely cared about giving the best service they could! Thank you guys!

I’ve been coming to the Mission Collision team for a while now. They did work on my Z4, S2000, 350Z, and the latest, my WRX.
All of the damages done onto my cars were pretty severe. The Z4 had a very harsh dent on the front right fender and was a very difficult fix because the dent landed right on the contour of the fender. But after leaving it with MCM, i came back to pick up my BMW and it looked as if it had never been in an accident.
My most recent purchase was my WRX which came with a cracked bumper, a cracked rear bumper, along with a few dents all around the car. I left it with the MCM team and they fixed everything all around, included a full detail wash along with the car and was returned looking like a brand new 2013 WRX.
Oh, and they always give me a very good price. I would be willing to pay more for the quality of service you get from these guys.

Exceptional customer service! I brought in my 328i for a face lift. Staff was super friendly and they explained everything they were going to do to the car. Step by step. I was really impressed with their professionalism and how knowledgable they were. Shoutout to Molly, their cute little mascot as well.

I had ripped half my lip off my Mitsubishi evo x and took my car here to take the rest of my lip and access the damage. I was scarred I was going to need to get a new bumper and there would be more damage.
Kareem and Alex and the staff here at MCM are all professional, very friendly, and easy to talk to. They were able to take the rest of the lip off and fix the bumper!
Definitely recommend this place to anybody that needs body work or paint on their vehicle!

Had took my BMW here after a car accident I was in. I had damaged the whole front of my vehicle and was looking for a local, reasonable, and trust worthy shop. I had called many places to first get an estimate. Kareem was pleasant and very helpful after the first phone call. Not long after I took my car in to his shop and he was able to give me a more thorough estimate and was very fair and honest. With all the damage to my vehicle I was able to have it back in good timing and looking better than before! I can honestly say Kareem and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Kareem is a genuine shop owner and seems to put his customers needs first. Highly recommend to anyone!

Great experience so far. Staff is professional and friendly. Kareem and Alex are very knowledgeable. Kareem was able to do for me what I was hoping to do which is to blend and touch up a couple of panels as opposed to reaping the whole panel… Will go back next week for the job, will update then… Price is reasonable but all depends on the job! Looks like they will be doing a good job…

Alex was the absolute best!!! I brought my car in because my license plate frame had come off because something broke and he fixed it within 5 minutes free of charge. I will definitely be coming back here should anything (knock on wood) happen to my car again. Give this place a chance!

I knocked off the driver side mirror of my car when backing up, so I took my car to an auto repair place with 75 5-​star reviews, hoping to have it repaired. The lady at that place offered $ 235 to fix it: $ 110 for the new side view mirror, $ 75 for the painting and $ 50 for the installation. It seemed to be quit expensive and the lady refused to negotiate the price. So I drove back and ordered a mirror from
for blow $ 50!
A friend of mine happened to be repairing his car at this place and he suggested me to take my car here, since the staffs are nice and the price they offer is comparatively cheap. So I took my car here, and expecting to have a quote around $ 110 ($ 10-​$ 20 lower than the offer I got from the former body repair shop). To my surprise, they offered $ 70 for the paint and free installation! So they installed the new side view mirror for me, in case I needed to drive the car in the mean while, and kept the shell (iono how exactly that part is called.) that had to be paint. Today when I went to install the shell, and was ready to pay, they told me it’s free cause they happened to have the same paint! I was shocked, literarily! My major is economics, and I always believed that businessmen’s goal is to take as much money as possible from consumers’ pockets, but this time I was wrong. People here won’t persuade you to do something that you don’t need. They treat you more like a friend than a customer!
Ps: I think they’ll change their location in a month or so.

I wanted to share my experience with Mission Collision and Motoring after taking quite a few of my vehicles to them for repair work.
I was referred to MCM from a friend of mine that had work perform there in the past with nothing but positive things to say — so I decided to take the plunge and have them repair my 2001 Mercedes ML320. The Mercedes I had was in need of serious paint work and had tons of dents and damage from the previous owner. They fixed and repainted the whole car, even throwing in some extras such as painting exterior trim pieces and mirrors — and changing the bumper colors to black from the ugly two-​tone factory grey color. The final result was phenomenal– it looked like a brand new car. This is the car that I use for my pets as I don’t want them in my BMW’s, and even they were more excited to jump in that car and go for a ride. MCM even installed the new audio system which gave me Bluetooth for phone calls and more music support. I am thrilled! I’m not sure how to post pictures on Unilocal but I am going to try and figure that out.
Because I had such a great experience with my Mercedes, I decided to start taking my beloved BMW’s to MCM. I am a BMW collector and enthusiast, and am very particular about where to take my BMW’s. While driving on the freeway, there was a large object in the middle lane which damaged the hood, bumper, and headlight of my pristine 2004 E46 M3. I brought it to MCM for repair. MCM did a fantastic job fighting with my insurance company to install OEM parts only. The insurance company kept wanting to provide payment only for aftermarket or used parts to repair my vehicle. After many phone calls back and forth with my insurance adjuster, MCM was able to get new OEM parts approval for the damaged items on my car. This was very important to me as it affects the resale of the vehicle. MCM replaced the hood, bumper, and headlights, and even fixed a mark that I had on the rear quarter panel. It came out like a brand new car, and I was thrilled again that I went to MCM for my repair.
A couple months after that, I was able to locate factory OEM fender flares for my 2001 ML320. I called MCM and asked if they would be able to paint and install them, and their response was to drop the parts off and they would take care of it. They did a great job painting them and the result was fantastic, giving the car a more sporty and aggressive look, while retaining the OEM lines and contours.
I also brought my 1995 BMW E34 525i to MCM for some work because I planned on freshening it up to make it easier to sell. It was a car my friend had given me shortly before he passed away. MCM did the oil change, figured out why the check engine light was on and replaced the oxygen sensor, replaced the windshield, and a few other bits on this car. Needless to say it was sold to a good home a couple weeks later with a clean bill of health.
Shortly after that, I was driving my 2008 BMW M3 out of a parking lot — and it’s a very highly modified and lowered vehicle. A speed bump destroyed my front carbon fiber lip, cracking it in multiple places and leaving the beautiful lip hanging on the ground. I brought it to MCM, and to my amazement, they were able to completely repair this lip, making it useable again. They even were able to take my company logo and overlay it in carbon fiber on one side of the lip, which turned out better than I had ever imagined. Thanks MCM!
MCM has always been quickly reachable via telephone, very fair on pricing, and honest and upfront when it comes to repair time and any hiccups that they encountered along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend MCM to my friends and family, they are a first class shop with tons of experience to boot.
My step father had a little fender bender with his 2010 550 MSport last week, and I’m sure you know where I will be taking the car for repair. My only concern is that they are pretty far from where I live, but it’s worth the drive for such a quality and thorough job. I hear they may be moving their shop closer to where I am, which I am very excited about. Thanks again MCM, you’ve earned a customer for life here!

MCM definitely lives up to these good review about service and quality. I’m from Los Angeles and I got in a car accident in Riverside and as a college student destroying the new car my parents allowed me to drive is pretty scary. I told them my situation and they gave me their honest and best advice. They related to me and actually put in effort to help me out of this situation. They kept me posted with the entire process and they hard to car fixed in 10 days. All these reviews saying that the car looked newer than when they bought it is true. My 2014 Corolla looked amazing. It was so sparkly and new. They even did touch ups on paint that weren’t even a part of the accident which was very nice of them. I’m pretty sure they also cleaned the inside of my car cause it was cleaner than it was when I brought it to them. They even told me I have life time warranty so if I need touch ups or I’m not happy with something they fixed they’d fix it. I definitely trust MCM because of their good service and quality!

I came here originally for a collision job and now they take care of all my routine maintenance. If you own a Bmw this shop is a must! The guys here always do a fantastic job and treat your car as if it were their own. 5 start service. Thanks a lot.

After the side view mirror of my car was knocked off I purchased an aftermarket replacement only to find I would need it painted. Kareem and the staff here were amazing. They matched the car paint, did a great job painting the mirror housing, and then when I couldn’t reinstall the mirror they helped me at not additional cost. Finally, they gave me a great discount since I work for UCR.
My car need some other minor work and I know where we will be going from now on.

I hit someone’s car and got a dent on my car’s hood. So I wanted it changed. I had shopped around for the price from many shops in the area. This place gave me the best price.
Their work was impressive. The owner and the guys there are so nice. If I could give this shop 10 stars, I would do it lol. And again if I have any problem with body work, I will definitely go back to them.

These guys do an excellent job I took in my 07 Acura TL type-​s and they did a great job fixing the front end and they used oem parts.
I would and will recommend this place to everyone I know. This place is a diamond in the rough, I feel very fortunate to have come across this place when I was looking for a good place to get my car fixed.

Omg these peeps are the best they know whats what when it comes to cars. i brought my scion tc into the shop which was vandalized. Whomever the holigans were decided to break my window pop off my door handle scratch my hood door panel n crack my rear light ugh it was such a blow to my ego. i had only purchased the car a few months prior to the incident… welp i was suggested this place so i took my baby in. and wow was amazed to see my leo (my car) looking all extra spiffy not only did they match the paint color which my adjuster cautioned me they wouldn’t be able to do they also adjusted my navigation which was pushed in awkwardly (not related to the incident) long story short im deeply satisfied .go get ur ish fixed by these peeps :)

MCM is amazing! They specialize in BMW & can do almost anything with almost any car. I recommend calling them with a suggestion and I guarantee they will do what they can to make it happen, even if it means sending you to a different shop.
I went in to get a convertible top installed, body work and a paint job. I won’t even disclose the amount I paid because you won’t believe me. Before even arriving to the shop I was dreading some car junky who’d question my auto intelligence, trying to sell me this and that but that was a wrong assumption to make. I stopped by the shop a few times to check on my car & each time I stayed longer just to talk about their personal projects.
The owner Kareem was more than happy to explain the purpose of certain parts and specs of the rebuild he and his team is working on. He even showed me all the fun his security cameras got of his team as they test drive cars down the street.
The owner gives you his personal number incase you have any questions but trust me, he’s busy as is so it’s probably best to go to the shop yourself so he can show you directly to avoid confusion.
The only complaint I have is how boring their waiting room was when I first went to the shop (dull rooms can add stress or increase tension in melancholy clients in bad car situations). Although not because my bold comments, the main office is now covered with pictures of the team, the cars they’ve worked on and ones past clients send. So yeah, the place is pretty great but you wont know until you go there :)
I’ll be heading back soon so install a new sound system, new break set and coilovers.
