This place is a joke… came in for oil change at 12:53pm the lady was outside on phone so I waited a lil while not knowing she ran the office figured she was waiting for her car … I tell her I need an oil change her response is well all my employees are on lunch we can not do your car till 2:30 I walked out in disbelief… I am huge on giving back to the community businesses but it’s places like this that deserve 0 stars

TERRIBLE!!! First, it was two hours for an oil change, 25 point inspection and blowing the ac lines (with an appointment). I didn’t mind since thought I was getting honest service. Everyone «seemed» so nice there– until I started having way more problems after going there than before! The 25 point inspection was a joke. I took the car to Auto Zone a few days later (about a blown fuse) and the employee immediately noticed the battery in the car was too small– which was obvious to me as well once I knew what it should look like. The 25 point inspection didn’t even see that!!! Auto zone and a different mechanic has both told me they can’t believe what a poor job kb auto did (for such simple procedures.) The mechanic actually asked the name of where I went so he would be sure not to recommend them to anyone! I used a groupon and it wasn’t even worth that money. Never go there unless you want to be lied to and taken advantage of!

I came with a coupon they told me the oil on the coupon was a typo. No mobile one oil. Asked for an oil change I looked in to see how it’s going. All my tires are off: l I was nice service. 4chairs. Not coming back

Been going here for a loooong time! Jim was awesome there! No matter how you try n spruce it up… It ain’t the same!
Hard to find a good, honest, reliable, auto repair shop. And, I’m just not feelin’ it!
If you can’t be honest about Jim no longer being there from the get go, why would I trust you with my vehicle?
Hope all is well with Jim! We miss you.

Just left KB Auto. We were also told several times Jim was ill, just found out that was a lie. He was the reason we took our car to KB Auto. Jim is an honest hard working man. If he quit there was good reason.
So I will not be returning. Where did Jim go?

Came in for an oil change and smog test. Quick and friendly service. Recommended additional services without any pressure to buy. I will be back.

Sorry, but Jim is no longer at KB! I find it quite disconcerting that I was told multiple times by new ownership and staff that Jim was in the hospital, when in fact, he had quit! Totally different feel now at KB. Looking for a new shop to take my vehicles. My apologies to those of you that I referred to KB.
1 star due to purposely being mislead about Jim.

I always took my cars to KB because of their mechanic Jim F. He is the best mechanic and very honest. I’ve heard that Jim is no longer there, so neither am I. So disappointed he is gone.
That is why KB got 1star.

Omg! These place is absolutely amazing! I had taken my care numerous times to the dealer regarding a noise that I was hearing and informing them that it seems like something was wrong with my car. The dealer told me they didn’t hear anything; this was probably because my car’s warranty was almost up. However, I took my car into this place for a tune up and an inspection of my car. Guess what? They found out what was going on, both my shocks needed to be replaced! Jim was completely honest in informing me what needed to be done on my car based off mileage; he even went as far as showing me the shocks that were removed from my car! I will return and refer friends for all vehicle needs. Honesy, Quality, and Service is a go for me!

Kind, supportive and honest! I highly recommend KB to everyone, ask for Jim. These guys are the best around, their prices can’t be beat and they are not going to sell you something you don’t need. I have been going here for 3 years now and have always been treated kindly and with respect. Ladies, they are mechanics you can trust.

Their Pennysaver add lured me in, the owner sold me. I went in to get the front and rear brakes fixed on my Chevy truck; the price they quoted was the lowest out of the places I researched. After they looked at my vehicle, they noticed I only needed front brakes. I went with it. In the end, the services and parts changed a little, but it was okay. They do everything but alignments. The oil change deal is good! The employees and owner are nice, honest, and they offer good prices.

I took my car in for a smog check. I printed out the coupon from their web page. Out the door, I was charged $ 33 for smog check and certificate. It took about 45min for the smog check instead of the usual 30 estimated time given. The car was faced forward ready for me to leave.
Price with coupon is excellent.
Estimated time of completion was less than an hour but not as it was stated.
The out the door process was easy.

Honest and good at what they do!
I made the mistake of taking my car to Midas for an oil leak. I gave Midas the ok to fix the leak. When I brought my car home, The leak was just as bad as when I left it. Midas gave me the run around and tried to charge me more by telling me the car had multiple oil leaks and I needed to power wash the engine so they can point where all the leaks are. That was a bunch of BS!
I brought my car to KB. No power wash necessary. They found the problem (which was the oil cooler. Midas told me the leak was the oil switch which is below the oil cooler) and repaired it. My car hasn’t leaked any oil since. They got it right the first time and didn’t charge me for any unnecessary work, unlike Midas.
I will be bringing my car here from now on.

It was that time again for my car: smog check. As required by the DMV, I had to get it tested at a STAR station. Knowing my car, I knew passing the smog check was the least of my worries due to multiple chronic issues. Just a few hours ago, I was surprised that my vehicle passed smog but not the least bit taken aback that my car required a few expensive fixes that are not worth it. Though the news was a hard pill to swallow today, I appreciate Jim’s fair pricing of the services rendered today. This is an honest body shop.

We love KB Complete Auto. I think we’ve finally found an honest mechanic at reasonable prices. Jim is awesome; doesn’t charge for services that don’t need to be done, and will let you know his limitations — super honest.

Used the coupon from Penny Saver’s and the total (including the certificate) came out to be $ 28. There was a bit of a wait on a Saturday morning, but it was worth the short wait for the price. The guy in the office doing paperwork could be sharper and faster, but again, just think about the discount you’re getting.
