My wife and I recently had our hardwood floors done by Laminate Floors, INC. We visited several places before we made our decision to go forward with this company. Koko gave us a fantastic first impression and was very personable. It was easy to contact him and he gave us many great ideas to plan our floor installation. Talking to him feels comfortable like talking to a friend. He was willing to work around our schedule and did more than what we had expected. He even created a rug for us with the left over carpet we had installed for our stairs! He is excellent in his profession and has a lot of experience. We love our new floors and will recommend his services to other family and friends. Thank you Laminate Floors, INC!

Koko came by and gave us an estimate right on the spot, which was very affordable. He was very accommodating and had our entire 2^nd floor that’s 3 bedrooms, 3 closets, 2 linen closets, the hallway, loft, stairs (15 steps) and 1^st floor bedroom done within 3 days. His workers were very professional and always come to work and leave on time, not disturbing family life. Even when they said that it’s going to be very dusty, they still manage to clean afterwards.
He was very knowledgable in matching the existing laminate floors from 2007 in first floor to the second floor with a 98% match (in my opinion).
One thing I like about this company is that Koko, himself, come everyday afterwards to do quality inspection and gives us an update on what’s going on and if we are targeting the deadline, which the workers had done.
I would recommend this company for having an affordable price, good work ethics by his workers, and good quality inspection and keeping in touch all the time. The floors turned out very well done.

If you are planning to purchase wood flooring for your home !! look no more ! ! this guys are the BEST !! I have been wanting to remove all my upstairs carpet & put wood for a very long time. I shopped for months & finally I came across «Laminate Floors, INC». The owner «Koko» helped me select a 4÷5÷6 inch MIXED width engineered Hickory wood floor and I am so happy with my choice. Koko was very honest & patient. He did not pressure me or rush me, I love my new wood floor & all my friends love it too!
You get so much more for your money with Koko… quality wood, great installation, great prices & great service. I had to drive 45 minutes to visit the store but it was well worth it. I had them install about 1300 sq ft of wood with 14 stairs & it looks GREAT, thank you Koko for a job well done!

I heard about Laminate Floors INC. true a friend… called Koko and discussed my needs for flooring… came down to his store and looked at some wood flooring samples. Next day Koko came to the house and measured all areas. He gave us good advice for choosing materials and suggestions for our curved stair steps. We choose an engineered hand-​scraped hardwood made by Armstrong and our materials were ordered. Next week his installers came out (Emilio and Luis). They worked very hard to tear out our existing flooring, prep the area for the new flooring and installed our new material. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of their work. Emilio is a true craftsman, he is a perfectionist. I had a strong feeling they would do a great job from my conversation with Koko and they exceeded my expectations! The curved stair was truly a custom installation and we are so glad that we chose to work with Koko ! If you have a floor that you want installed to perfection you want these guys doing the work. They are hard working and humble and honest. You will not find a better team in my opinion.

My wife and I were shopping around quite a bit for HardWood floors. We looked at major retailers as well. We were looking for a specific look and wanted to stay within a specific budget. We found this flooring store on Unilocal and a friend had already told us about them,
What stood out at this store (Laminate Floors, INC) was the fact that it was a family owned business that had been around for 30 years and that their primary source of customers came from referrals. They were very friendly and very attentive to our requests. They took their time showing us different wood flooring samples and answered all questions completely.
The owner came to our home ON A SUNDAY and personally gave us an estimate. He explained how long it would take and the floor was being installed within 48 hours. He said the job will take 3 days, and It took 3 days to complete, just as he said. The installation was flawless. I noticed one board that had been scratched, but when I went to bring it up later in the day, it had already been removed and replaced. WOW!!!
They were very professional and the floor came out terrific. You could tell that they pride themselves on a quality finished product because it showed.

Recently Laminate Floors installed new engineered wood floor for my new Rancho Cucamonga home.
I have been shopping for different colors and types of wood for almost a month and I went to every flooring store that I could think of, right after I made my choice, Koko at Laminate Floors was able to GET THE JOB DONE! before my move in date. :-)))))
The owner «Koko» is very attentive to detail. And He made sure everything is finished before collecting the last part of payment.
I’ve compared few other wood flooring stores around the area, but Koko at Laminate Floors was «Not the cheapest» But he Gave me the best deal for my money. And I got way more than what I paid for, I really believe I did Get more for my money.
This Flooring store have many different type of wood products, from cheaper options of wood floor to expensive hardwood floor and every thing in between, they had more selection of wood flooring than most other flooring stores that I visited when I was shopping around.
My advise to you all is this,
«if you want great quality wood floor??? if you want the job done right?!?»
Go with this company, I felt that they were Honest, and Koko didn’t let me down, I highly recommend them to all my friends and family, and to all you Unilocalers out there.

Let’s start my review by saying I am a very very meticulous person and somewhat of a perfectionist.
I have recently purchased a brand new home and wanted to upgrade my flooring for the entire house with «Hardwood Floors «, and I didn’t want to do it with the builder because it’s super expensive for the most basic material.

After months of searching for the wood flooring & several not-​so-​helpful contractors later, I was referred to Koko at Laminate Floors by my neighbor (Robert) who also had done their floor and carpet with Koko at Laminate floors. And The first thing I said I don’t want Laminate flooring, I WANT HARDWOOD FLOORS, and Robert started laughing and said «don’t let their business name fool you, they do all kind of flooring, Carpet, Tile, Wood, you name it, if its flooring !! they have it, because that’s all they do, Floors, they don’t do Kitchen or Granite or Roofing, they are SPECIALIZED in flooring just go there and see them & you will be impressed».
So Wife and I went to their store just to browse around, at their warehouse Monica was very nice at showing us all different types of flooring. 2^nd time we went back is when we met Koko, as a first time home buyer there’s a lot of things we don’t know. Koko was very knowledgeable and patient at explaining each type of wood and asking/​listening to what our needs and wants are. We decided on engineered wood that Koko suggested, the toughest decision was made very easy and painless for us which I appreciate greatly!
Came the installation part, Koko, he was on top of the job. He is very easy to reach, he always answers the phone or calls back in no time,
Plus, He didn’t over promise and under deliver, he said he’ll finish within 4 – 5 days, and he did in 3−½ days, with extra time for cleaning up. The workmanship is great, I expressed my attention to detail to him at the very beginning, but, he assured me that everything will turn out the way I want and he did not let me down. I couldn’t be happier with the way my floor turned out, and I have been referring my friends, family and coworker to him. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

From the moment we walked into the warehouse we received professional and personal service, Koko and his wife Monica were wonderful. I told them what I was looking for and they knew exactly what we needed. They did not try to sell us more or less, they gave me options and they were not pushy. They were a pleasure to work with. Koko’s installers were very professional, cleaned up their mess and very respectful. Koko kept in contact, and he was always available for any concerns or questions we had. I will definitely use them in the future. We did get estimates from Lowes, also tried Empire Today, the salesman that came to our house did not want to sell us laminate flooring and kept trying to push for something more expensive, like Hard Wood, he didn’t even bring out his samples or try to work with us. I HIGHLY recommend «Laminate Floors, INC» to anyone looking for Flooring or Carpet, they worked with us and gave us the best possible deal for our budget.

I was shopping for floors for some time, and a friend recommended that I visit Laminate Floors. Although it was out of my area, I visited the store and from my first visit I knew I was at the right place, Koko was very knowledgeable in his suggestions of what to do with my floors, he took his time in explaining everything to me without pushing me to commit to anything, their prices was very competitive. I visited the second time with my husband and that same day we purchased our floors. Their installers were very professional, they were on time and did a BEAUTIFUL work in my house, my husband and I are very very happy with the service and work done by Laminate Floors and we can recommend it to anybody wants to replace their floors, just visit once and you would know the difference.

My experience with this flooring company has been fantastic! We’ve purchased great quality wood flooring from this store, the owner Koko, was able to give us competitive price!
Due to timing issues, I had to reschedule the installation twice, and every time (without a glitch) they were able to accommodate us.
Unlike other flooring companies, they are very ethical in their business practice.
I think Laminate Floors, INC. deals with both retail and wholesale wooden flooring services.

I spent an entire month looking at various flooring for my newly purchased property. The original wood flooring looked nice but there was floor noise each time I walked, It was quite annoying so I decided to replace the existing wood floor. Koko at Laminate Floors was the first recommendation when I asked my friends’ suggestion for wood flooring.
After visiting the showroom, I was amazed by their choice of brands, types, colors of wood flooring. Monica was very nice and helpful. She helped me finding the most suitable wood floor within my budget. Koko was super knowledgeable and very responsible for all the things to beware of prior installation and post installation.
My new hardwood flooring are STUNNING, and no more floor noise. It added a warm and upgraded my new home.

I used the services of this company to put laminate floor six months ago and carpets put in three months ago. I spent $ 2500 for the carpets for three rooms and the laminate flooring was for $ 5500.
I took a quote that I had from another provider, the company people saw the quote and said they would take $ 200 from the quote. It’s a really good place to do business. They kept us informed of what was going on day to day. We have a massive 3200 square feet and I got the whole downstairs, the master bedroom and the walk area done. It took about three days with the work and they did our master bedroom first with the laminate flooring. The people who worked for us were really good. I would absolutely recommend them to others. I have a three year old son and they provided us with the right carpet for kids. Then we have three large dogs so they gave us pet friendly and child friendly carpet. In terms of responsiveness, the owner would call us and drop by when he could to check on how everything was coming up and answered any questions that we might had. He made sure it had been installed properly or if we wanted to do it in a different way. I would absolutely use their services again in the future
