Juice It Up!

It is 5:30pm on ⁶⁄₁₇. I never complain but I was really craving juice it up. And the girl at the register was soooooo rude. The girl lacks manners! Once I got my order and got to my car I noticed my drink had zero flavor I went back apologized I felt bad but I didn’t pay to get a slushy water… I got the second one and again water slushy needless to say I gave up they suck over there 3 out of 5 times your drink will suck at this location go to the one on foothill they are way nicer and make awesome smoothies!

Customer service is fantastic here! Definitely recommend this location. It never gets too busy :)
I love juice it up! I’m completely obsessed with their ultimate acai bowl. Great for breakfast or mid day snack and it’s super fresh and tasty.
I don’t usually order their smoothies, but my fave is the green tea matcha and the orange.

Always love their Acai bowls!
I’ve had the ultimate bowl and pitaya bowl and they never skimp out on their ingredients like Robeks does on Haven ave.
This place is much better!
Although the last time I went there I noticed they didn’t put strawberries on top of my bowl, and I asked about it and they simply said they ran out of strawberries… Umm? At a juice place? FYI, Costco is right down the street, and they sell large baskets of strawberries.
I was disappointed that they were hiding it and not telling their customers when we ordered an item at the register. I would’ve gotten something else instead.
Overall their Acai bowls are better than most around the area. I come here often for my Acai Fix!

Terrible customer service!!! Smoothie was watery, cashier rude, and just looked at me when it was time to order. Will definitely not be back. I’ll stick to Jamba Juice.

People don’t mind too much to have to wait when there is a long line, but when there’s a long line AND bad customer service that’s when you lose customers. One customer had ordered ahead and seemed in a rush and the associate told them she had to wait behind this long line even though her order was ready, I thought that was the point of calling ahead so as not to wait. That customer walked out and didnt come back. I knew my drink would take a little bit but I didn’t know coming here would be a 30 minute task, I could have gone to a sit down place. The associates didn’t smile, they actually wore an expression of annoyance like customers being there were a neusance to them. Too bad, me being the only one I saw tipping, they could have made the crowd a little more giving with a smile. When I said thank you for my drink I was ignored.

I loved this Juice it Up because I got my favorite Acai Bowl and they made it just Perfect! Just enough honey, granola, bananas… I’ll definitely be going back!

This owner is so rude He does not know how to treat customers. He never smiles. He charges extra for any request and does not accept the coupon book. His demeanor is impatient and he grabbed my card out of my hand and did not say thank you I will never give him my business again. The other stores the employees are happy and light hearted. Suggest he take a lesson on customer service as a retail manager who values business.

Employees here are always nice and they try to get you out as soon as possible… since franchises follow the same recipe it’s really hard to mess up a smoothie.
My go to is always the coconut/​pineapple smoothie and they know how to make it right…
I bought the groupon deal and I didn’t have any issues redeeming them at all. Plus I didn’t get an eye roll when I busted out my printed copies of the groupon. They also take the coupons you get in emails too.

My boyfriend and I went here few days ago this was one of the worst smoothies I’ve had. I got the strawberry wave and my boyfriend got the lucky lemon punch. The strawberry was already pre-​made it came out of a machine. I’ve been to to other smoothie places and I’ve never seen them use a machine. I expected a fresh smoothie made with fresh fruit, other places do not serve smoothies from a machine. What a waste of money. I could of made a better smoothie at my house.

I think this is the best Juice It Up I have ever been to, and I have been to a LOT of Juice It Up all over US. Their staff are always nice and efficient, and I love their raw juice blends. Personally, I think it really comes down to the good staff that make a huge difference between the Juice It Up locations.

The girl who is complaining about the store being dirty those pictures aren’t even taken at the milliken location look at the background none of that is in the milliken store… They also had a complaint on here awhile ago and the girl wrote the review on the wrong location. I think people need to check the location before posting reviews because corporate does take the review serious and workers do get in trouble. This store is well maintained and the workers work their butts off to make the customers, owners, and coworkers happy and keep the store clean. It might not be perfect all the time especially during a rush with rude people leaving trash everywhere but right when the rush is over they check for trash and clean up the areas that need to be cleaned or restocked. This location is probably the best location I have been to… Keep up the good work!

Nice place compared to other dirty juice it ups

I started coming here cause it’s on my way to work and it’s nice to just pick up a smoothie when I’m running late and didn’t have time to eat a real meal.
The cashiers are always so nice and don’t get annoyed when I become indecisive of what I want. :)
I really recommend the Mango Mania, I’m not a big fan of bananas so I always sub them for peaches or pineapples. Honestly you can’t go wrong with any of the smoothie choices, they’re all so good. And you get a free boost too ! Any extra boosts or fruit additions are only $ 0.50 more.

So I came here because I bought the groupon deal for this place. I’ve tried using it three different times, and each time I go in, their groupon machine is broken. I feel like the groupon deal was some kind of scam from them. Now I’m out $ 18 because I’m fairly sure that they will never get that fixed.

I’m a big Juice It Up fan, go on a daily basis, but not necessarily to any particular location. Wherever the closest one is, I typically go. However, this is one that I frequent. It’s right by my job, and I like to go here to get a wheatgrass shot and sometimes a smoothie before going in to work.
Haven’t had any customer service issues. Everyone here is very friendly, especially in comparison to another one I frequent. Like all Juice It Ups, it takes a minute for them to make whatever it is that you want, especially if others are in front of you, because they make everything as it is ordered.
My only qualm about this location is that they are frequently out of wheatgrass. Not sure if it’s because they don’t order enough, don’t anticipate the need, or if it’s because the company they order it from does not have it. That’s a major bummer for me, considering I feel as if having a wheatgrass shot is a necessity for me right before I go into work.
Other than that, this Juice It Up is pretty cool. It’s the only one I know that offers 40% off of their coupon books. :-)

Been out here for about a week now, and pretty much have been eating like crap the whole time, so I decided that maybe have something a little healthy. I got here a little after they opened and they did not seem at all prepared. I ordered a small piña colada thingy and as soon as I ordered 3 more people walked in and then the slow down happened. Why only one person working to what I would think would be a busy morning place. Anyway, juice was dispensed out of a machine which makes me wonder if it’s really fresh. Unless I missed something (quite possible to be fair) I did not see any fresh fruit cut up and put into my smoothie.
After I finally got the smoothie it was… Ehhhh. Nothing special. Tasted a little more like the old carvel pineapple shakes I got as a kid, but in my mind I was trying to convince myself it was a healthy breakfast.
Better then the faux egg breakfast I have been eating at the hotel everyday, but really a disappointment to say the least.

The service here is awesome. The staff is always helpful and patient. There’s a new lady there named Alana (sp?) who is like a breath of fresh air. My favorite drink is Raw Fusion. Try it; you will not be disappointed.

I previously wrote a review on this store not knowing i wrote a review on the wrong store.
Funny I went into this location and I was talking to the young lady about the past terrible experience I had at another store and as I’m telling her the situation she says that complaint sounds very familiar. To make a long story short I had wrote a review for this location instead of the one I really meant to write it for.
This location is absolutely wonderful and the young lady that help me had great customer service.
It was really refreshing to know inspire of me writing a review to the wrong location the problem was addressed and they take these complaints very serious.
I will now become a frequent customer to this location based off of the customer service I received today! Thank you!

I love this place! They have a wide variety of fruits and vegetables to choose from so you can customize your drink. They also have a menu of different drinks they have created. I like this a lot better then their competitor who doesn’t offer many choices in vegetables. So if you don’t have time to juice yourself and need a great energy boost then give it a try!
