Mark and Paul (and the whole crew at Euro Tech) are very informed and professional. Seems I’ve found a shop small enough who cares! I came in for a window issue with my ’95 MB S420 with a very limited time before I had to leave the area (I’m a truck driver). Paul and Mark took great care of me! They were very free with their knowledge and sensibility regarding my questions (I am a fairly new Benz owner, of an old Benz!). They checked out my car and recommended a few things I really need and agreed that I can put off a few things for a while, as I am on a very tight budget. I will be back at Euro Tech for sure.

I brought in some caliper covers to be installed on my vehicle. They gave me a great price, provided excellent customer service, did a quality job and were very efficient. I had my car back in no time. Thanks!

I want to tell all my friends to go to eurotech imports in Rancho Cucamonga. I’ve gone to mark’s auto repair shop for many years now. When I called him recently, he remembered me. He’s worked on my Dodge Avenger, our vw rabbit & my BMW 325ci. Mark has always provided fast accurate & honest repairs for all his customers. He has the right diagnostic equipment. His service techs, Art & Paul, have been informative & proficient. I give them 5 stars.

I had a great experience here. Came in with my check engine light knowing the reason after having Audi doing a $ 95 Diagnostic. But when they showed me the estimate I took my keys and ran over to Euro tech. They were able to order the original part (same as dealer) & fix it for almost $ 375 cheaper and in a Timely manner. Will be recommending all my friends and family. Thanks once again guys!

The best Mechanic shop ive been to because Mark the owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about his clients cars. For example what needs fixing he’ll tell you and what can wait. I wish there was more stars then five cause he really dersves a 10 plus.

I took my bmw 328 to this business for overheating problems. They were honest and upfront. Didn’t jerk me around. Compared to other repair shops they are very reasonable. They have a customer for life. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

2013 Hyundai Sante Fe serviced here. They changed oil and changed shocks same day. The service and price was reasonable. Mark was friendly.

I bought my son’s Bmw to euro tech after getting run around from bmw dealership, not only the brake problem was fixed it also cost me half of what dealership wanted for the same brake issue. Thank you Mark for being so professional & reasonable. I would definitely recommend you to all my friends& family.

After a long struggle with my Audi issues,
I took my Audi to Eurotech in Rancho Cucamonga for some Work that the dealer suppose to «diagnosed and repair».After spending a lot of money at the dealership the problem did not get fixed.

Has gone away. And so far no problems. I definitely recommend this place, great customer service and understanding of the frustration that we all go through when our car doesn’t work.

Had a brake job done here about a year ago. Brakes are now down to 1 mm, and require another brake job. Unacceptable.
Moral of this story: Spend a little extra and take it to a dealership.

I didn’t blindly come up with these #‘s I was quoted from multiple shops including the dealership on how much this work would cost.

MBZ In Rancho Cucamonga quoted $ 700-​$ 800
Walters Audi quoted $ 800+
I Went to numerous shops that all have the same over head i’m sure you have, you were just $ 700+ More then any other dealership.
And The MAIN reason i was given that it was going to be so expensive was the parts were OEM GERMAN parts and they were super expensive… Which was obviously a LIE. Was told it would take 4 – 5 Hours of labor. The dealership quotes 1.5hrs of labor for the same job. Everything you quoted was inflated outrageously.
I’m a firm believer that people deserved to get paid for the work they do, but you can’t just tac on extra hours of labor that aren’t there and charge 5x the amount for parts.
But after more research on forums and groups, It’s well known NOT to take cars to you.

I have a bmw 640i mark was very helpful and the price is right. I will only take me car to him. Bmw Ontario wanted 400 $ more to do the same job. Great shop.

I would leave a zero cayenne view if I could, I brought my porsche cayenne s here. I got a quote for a radiator swap and what he quoted me when I came back was higher. Then he agrees to do the job for what he originally quoted me. WhY should he have to argue and tell me he has a lot of over head and how any hours of labor it was. Shouldn’t a pro know what to quote right off the bat, goes on to tell me he’s mad he quoted that price and that he made a mistake, like it was my fault. After the job was complete I had to go to another shop, the mechanic couldn’t pop the hood, because marks team didn’t re attach the hood pulley right. Then Mark tells me my blinker light bulb couldn’t be taken out without breaking it. You have 2 different bulbs. Turns out the one he couldn’t remove was the wrong bulb to begin with. Their mechanic here are amateurs do not trust this place. Horrible experience overall wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worse enemy. One last thing Mark quoted me a good price for an oil Change. Almost 40.00 cheaper, the reason why is because he only put 6.5 qts of oil. My car requires 9qts. My other mechanic told me this as well. I hope nobody take there vehicle here.

They did such a great job fixing my car! So many thing were wrong with it and It runs very well now. Mark was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Brought in BMW to have lower and upper radiator hoses replaced due to coolant leak. Mechanic called back and stated the Electric water pump would not turn on. He tried to turn on 4x. He said I had to replace the Electric water pump to filter the coolant. I informed him I had that replaced already at the dealer. I then said I was going to pick up my car now. The mechanic said wait let him try again and see if he can turn on the pump. I agreed. Received a call back from the mechanic and he said the Electric water pump turned on after he punched in the code. Why didn’t he punch in the code in the first place? Instead he wanted to charge me $ 800 to replace the pump. What a crook!!! Beware if you choose take your car here.

Maricris M: Hi Thank you for responding to me. I would like you to know that I did speak with a 3^rd party who also works with BMW. They said the original problem was a coolant leak not overheating so there was no need to replace a part that isn’t creating a problem and that an electric water tank turns on when it reaches a certain temperature. This is why it required you to eventually enter a code to evoke the tank to function. As a «BMW» specialist, why wasn’t this known? Instead you stated for the customer to replace a part that wasn’t needed and inflate the service priced with an additional $ 800. Just frustrating.

I brought my BMW to ETM for an oil leak service. I got my valve cover gasket replaced within the timeframe that was promised. I was well informed throughout the whole process. Very impressed with the professionalism and care that was given to my vehicle.

I was looking for a shop with highly experience on Bmw and by the reviews and comment I made the decision to stop by here. First of all, the service was great. I had a few different repairs done to the vehicle. Mark the owner and Paul the tech were just excellent. I’ve live in California all my life so due to all the competition in this business is hard to find a repair shop to trust. I can’t say more. I will recommend anybody that needs repair on there vehicle to come here. Thanks Mark!

Customer service at its finest! My alternator was going bad and they replaced and also reminded me that my brakes were not safe anymore and suggested me to get them replaced. I also got my timing belt done and told me what i only needed, because the previous timing belt job kit/​parts that I had from the past is still good and does not need to be replaced compared to the OEM parts. They even dropped me off my house and picked me up since I didnt have a ride home.

I took my Smart car in for an oil change and to have the some codes checked out. Everything ended fine, and the problem was resolved. The owner didn’t try to sell other services I didn’t really need, which was nice.
They weren’t able to reset the maintenance sign (flashing wrench), but it wasn’t a big deal.

I found this shop on craigslist through an ad they put up. I was searching for a suspension specialist and let me tell you, I FOUND ONE. The shop owner, Mark, was quick to bring my 2012 AWD Golf R in as soon as I gave him a call. I was having WRD coil-​overs installed on my little rocket. I know from experience that German cars such as mine aren’t exactly the easiest work on so I was expecting a pretty hefty price for the work done. But Mark gave me great pricing and saved me a ton of money versus what another shop quoted me.
I would recommend this shop for nearly every automotive repair or aftermarket additions. Thank you Mark and mechanic Peter. I will be back soon.
