Such a cool concept!!! Getting your ice cream prepared in front of your eyes is great. You can customize your order in endless ways, they have options for pretty much any dietary needs. Lactose free, gluten free, soy free, you name it they have it. A little bit in the pricier side, but totally worth it, brings your kids so they can see the show.

Wow!!! We arrived at 11:01pm tonight. There was over ten customers eating ice-cream at all the tables plus five customers waiting in the pick up line. ANDTHEYTURNEDUSAWAY!!! How rude!!! Lazy mean people shouldn’t be serving ice-cream! Go work at the jail if you don’t like people who like, I mean, LOVE ice cream!!! They’re cold hearted like the nitrogen they use! Now we’re at McDonald’s eating yummy Mcflurries!

This ice cream shop is similar to one of my favs in Pasadena. When I say similar I’m referring to the liquid nitrogen process. Too many options! When I walked in it reminded me of a frozen yogurt place or cold stones, but of course with even more options! There are three steps to ordering and each step has about 5 – 15 options to choose from. I guess there is something for everyone, but I prefer simple and straight to the point. We ordered vanilla with captain crunch, birthday cake, and chocolate with brownie pieces. The only one who seemed to enjoy their ice cream was my toddler. Everyone else ate a couple spoonfuls and tossed the rest. I was definitely disappointed.

Cool nitrogen show, but ice cream flavors not so good! Tables were dirty and unorganized, not enough sitting room inside. Their waffle cone maker was down … No good

Amaretto was crazyamazacrying deliciosos. The portion was almost the size of pint of Haagen Daaz. We ordered the premium base for all three flavors: Amaretto = the best, tastes like smooth mild coffee, light chocolate, and light cherry flavors. Orange Creamsicle = Was creamy and nice, but not as satisfying as vanilla ice cream plus orange sherbet. I wouldn’t get it again. Strawberry = nice and creamy, not strong in flavor. I wouldn’t order this one again either. I would rather try their other flavors.

Went here with my family and was super happy they had a dessert with one of my favorite cereals Captain Crunch. We got there right when they opened so was a bit disappointed they didn’t have brownies ready for my brother’s order. A bit pricey so would recommend splitting a dessert combo if on a tight budget. Place was very clean on the inside too!

This Creamistry location is awesome! The staff is helpful when choosing something off the menu and pretty quick when it comes to making your order. Their creations are amazing, I just ordered a Captain’s Breakfast and Root Beer Float. The captain’s breakfast consists of captain crunch ice cream, bananas, strawberries, and Nutella.

Delish! It’s kind of like nitrogen ice cream and cold stone had a baby. We tried a couple but our fave was the milk base with Reese’s peanut butter base and brownies mixed in. Down sides– It takes quite a long time. It’s wasn’t crazy busy when I went in but took 20 or so minutes. Also, major lack of indoor seating. It’s a big space and they need to add chairs so when you are waiting 20 minutes for ice cream, you have a place to sit. Still, for nitrogen ice cream I would rank this the best in Rancho hands down!

This place is currently my favorite spot for ice cream! A cup full of pure deliciousness. I have been coming here since they first opened and I have never been disappointed. I come for the premium milk base. The base they use is definitely different and better than other nitrogen ice cream spots. They have a huge menu. It can be overwhelming at times because there are so many combinations to choose from. My favorite is their Captain’s Breakfast. I get it all the time. Service and staff are amazing. Staff are always smiling and helpful. Lines can get pretty crazy here. But I can see the staff are very well trained. They bust out the orders with no problem. Shows good management. The price for these ice creams can be pricy. Two ice creams can reach as much as $ 16. But its all worth it to me. Keep up the great work guys.

YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! First time! I’ve always wanted to try creamistry and looking at all the highlights for most of the locations, I picked out that the universal favorites are Capn Crunch and Cookie Butter. Very cool set up and concept, sparks of nitrogen flying up all over the place. Cookie butter tastes just like the real thing. Instead of the marshmellow cream I opted to get heath bars mixed in. AHHH little crunchy bits of toffee with cookie butter creaaaamy ice cream. YES. Capn crunch was my FAVORITE. Massive amounts of the cereal chopped up and frozen together in crunch flavored ice cream. This is WHATDREAMSAREMADEOF. I’ll be backkkkkkkkkkk! (ONLY gripe… they need more workers :(the wait from ordering to pick up was a bit long.)

Place is a pretty good«Eh» pricing is pretty up there for the nitrogen gimmick, but worse yet is the pricing on toppings. $ 1 to put a sprinkle of fruity pebbles on ice cream? Get outta here. The ice cream base isn’t anything special either, just tastes like cold sweet milk. A friend was disappointed that they didn’t have the coconut base option, said they were out but still prominently advertised it everywhere. Maybe they should look into that. Tables were pretty dirty as well.

Never mind about my previous review… ice cream is good, but the wait time is ridiculous! Came here two more times but it’s like waiting at a restaurant. This place need some cleaning up todo. They gave me a cut off rest room hand paper towel as napkin. This will me my last visit to this location.

I love the cookie butter with marshmallow cream, it’s delish. ONTOPOFIT !!! They have a mini size now! I love it because I can never finish anything so the mini size the perfect portion. I know everyone says their ice cream is over priced but the way in which they make it and quality is worth it every now and then

Checked this place out too see what all the hype is all about. Got the Captains breakfast which was pretty good. The service was excellent and everyone was friendly. My son loved the little show they put on. But as far as ice cream goes it wasnt all that

Why is nitrogen ice cream so expensive!!! I got a single scoop Thai Tea with mochi. One scoop is about $ 6 and toppings are an extra $ 1. The Thai Tea was good and pretty strong. They definitely didn’t put $ 1 worth of mochi on my ice cream though. We came 10 minutes before closing, but we’re not the last to come in. They served us, but we’re super slow and the nitrogen wasn’t coming out correctly. 2⁄4 of our orders were super frozen and the other 2 were melty, so inconsistent. This is the type of place you try once just for the experience, but it’s not your weekly treat kind of place.

It was alright. I ordered the coconut base with banana flavor with fresh bananas and almonds(I thought I had said brownie bites too but honestly it’s so freaking loud in there that the cashier probably couldn’t hear me and I didn’t check my order). It came out to $ 8 and that’s kind of pricey. I’d probably just stick to their creations next time which looks like a better deal. The coconut base was nice and light which I really enjoyed. If you’re iffy about coconut flavor then definitely skip it. It wasn’t too sweet which was what I liked about it. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The cashier explained to me the menu and the options since it was my first time here. I’ll probably come back if I’m like in the plaza eating dinner and looking for dessert, but I don’t think I’ll ever drive here directly if I had a choice.

We got a single birthday cake for my son and it was super creamy and very good. I only took 2 – 3 bites but I could see coming here very frequently because this is very good ice cream. Be prepared for the welcome into the store. It’s quite the happy jolt!

Creamistry is one of my favorite ice cream places! I love that this place is popping up everywhere because with more locations = shorter lines. The fact that I came here when it was raining may also be a factor, but the other locations I had been to really do get crowded. The staff here is really friendly and efficient as well. There are many ice cream shops that use the nitrogen method, but none taste quite like Creamisty ice cream. I love that you can choose your base and have the option between premium, organic, sorbet, or coconut. The ice cream comes out really creamy and is not textured like normal ice cream. It sort of reminds me of a thick fro-yo. They have so many flavor options to choose from and lots of add-ons, and they also have their most popular flavors on a separate menu, if you can’t decide what to get. Pretty pricey, but worth it from time to time if you want good quality ice cream!

First of all, I was stoked to see they had affogatos, so I ordered one. They told me they were«out» of the one I pointed to and could get me a chocolate affogato so I assumed it would be an affogato with chocolate ice cream rather than the vanilla one I had pointed at. They served me literally, vanilla ice cream in chocolate syrup. The whole point of an affogato is to make a dessert with an espresso shot poured over so I was very disappointed being that this place isn’t cheap. You pay more for the experience than the ice cream. It was creamy, I’ll give them that, but my whipped cream on top was melted and I wish they had clarified that the chocolate affogato didn’t have coffee at all. Nonetheless, an interesting experience.

Was it bad? No Was it good? Sure Why wasn’t it great? I think it’s because it lacks the proper texture that you just can’t get with nitrogen. I got the Dole Sorbet. It was delicious. Not as good as Disneyland but close. The texture of sorbet was not there. It was«chunky». The service was good. Nice people. Wait time was a bit long but hey it’s part of the experience I guess. Would I recommend? Yes. Everyone should try it once.
