The associates here are great. They were so helpful and honest about picking an outfit for a special occasion and also honored a very cumbersome return I took in. Thanks a million!

I am a regular at this Bebe most of the employees know me not by name but they recognize so I always get great service they do hire new staff and sounds like they don’t train them very well because I can tell right away when they are new.

I pop into Bebe sporadically, and today, I wasn’t feeling well, but needed a dress for an event tomorrow. I have to say that the service was fantastic, Marianne was so kind and helpful, I really appreciate how genuinely kind she was. It made the experience wonderful when I was feeling so yucky. It’s very much appreciated!

I shop at bebe quite a bit and rarely will I ever exchange or even return anything ever because I’m pretty familiar with how the styles and fittings work for me when I purchase clothes there. I made a trip yesterday to exchange a couple things I received as a gift because it did not fit me. All the staffs including the manager were all ignoring me, didn’t ask me if I was doing ok or needed any help or if I needed a fitting room while I was looking around in the store. Go figure! It’s because they knew they were not going to make any commission on an exchange! Such a different experience when I go there to «buy» everyone is kissing ass, Offering help, giving opinions, offering a fitting room, checking up often etc! I’m embarrassed for them.

Went here Saturday the 8^th of march around 6:50 pm
2 associates were there, both tall females with blonde hair
I just wanted to know the price of a headband
First associate seemed like she didn’t want to look it up so she told me the other associate would help me
Ok that’s fine
So I waited for associate # 2 to finish up with her line of customers (2 people)
Well more customers started coming
And I just assumed she would have said something along the lines of
Mam I’m helping this customer would you please give me a moment to help her and I’ll be with you as soon as possible
But no
She just continued to check out everyone else
So after about 15 min I decides to stand in line so she could finally just check the price
So FINALLY she decides to check the price
… Only to be interrupted by a personal phone call made to the store
She then started whispering so I couldn’t hear her taking her personal call
So I just said never mind and left
THANK YOU FOR BEING RUDE TO ME :) you lost 2 customers that night
And I also appreciate you two dawging me and my mother as we were leaving
Don’t shop here
Don’t pay them to be lazy and use their phone all day

Extremely rude staff. Some girls that worked there were nice. The black girl with great makeup and the Latina girl were very helpful and friendly. However the blonde girl with no a$$ was a total bitch. Didn’t greet me or acknowledge me in the fitting room and let someone else go ahead of me. And I watched the way she interacted with other people too extremely condescending and careless. She should be fired. And cover your tits up — they’re about to pop out of your shirt.

Bought a lovely dress for my size 0 darling daughter’s senior portrait. Twasn’t cheap, and twasn’t on sale. Boo… but it was beautiful, unique, nicely made, no el-​cheapo.
Service was with a smile and we were greeting coming in and leaving the store. Our salesgirl was great and helped us get shoes to try on the dress with.
Only caveat – this is for tiny girls, not many large-​size options, and not many in each size… but I suppose that is good, so you don;t have 12 girls wearing your dress when you show up to the event?
If I was skinny, I’d shop here.
