Established in 2009.

For nearly a decade, American Spine & PainMedGroup has been providing patients with a comprehensive treatment plan to help pursue a more comfortable and productive lifestyle.

We use a multidisciplinary therapeutic approach to provide compassionate care for those suffering from acute and chronic pain using state of the art techniques to improve function, relieve pain and regain quality of life.

Our AAAASF & Medicare certified surgery centers are staffed with caring professionals, provides x-​ray fluoroscopic guidance for all procedures, and comfortable recovery rooms.

Meet the Business Owner

Khuram Sial, M.D. S.

Business Owner

Khuram A. Sial, M.D. is dual board certified and Harvard and Baylor trained in pain medicine and physical medicine & rehabilitation and a diplomat of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He successfully completed an interventional pain fellowship from Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He is a San Diego native who graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside. Giving back to his community, he has serviced the Inland Empire for over 10 years now providing quality pain management services. During his residency at Baylor College of Medicine, he was the recipient of many awards, including Resident of the Year, a research award at the Lewis A. Levitt, M.D. Memorial Lectureship, and a scholarship recipient from the American Pain Society. He is a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He performs active research.
