LabCorp

I was a bit nervous because I had never been to a LabCorp before and read that others were not happy here. I had to have quite a bit of blood drawn (5 tubes and I am a big baby). I came in right before 8am. The gals at the front desk were as nice as they could be and I was told that I would need to wait approx. 10 minutes. As I waited, I looked around to see if the place looked clean and in my opinion, it was very clean! I was called in (at 10 min) and I sat down as the nurse asked some basic questions. I was really nervous, as usual and I told the nurse about my susceptibility for getting dizzy. She began talking to me and got down to business. She kept my mind busy with questions about my day, etc. Before I knew it, I was all done. She was awesome! (I was so nervous, I forgot to get her name) Thank you to all of you at LabCorp, Rancho Cucamonga for a pleasant experience :-)

Came here for a 3hr glucose test. The staff was amazing so kind and even though I had to get blood drawn 4 times bc of the test. I was not in any pain what so ever. The wait was not bad especially for not having an appointment

I had never been to a labcorp draw station prior to this one. My doc had me on a very strict schedule — blood draws every 72 hours, so I got very acquainted with this particular location. To be honest, I’m a little confused. I always heard of horrendous wait times, which I’m glad to say every time I went I did not experience. I waited at the most 20 – 30 minutes on a busy day without an appointment. All in all, I was pleased with Labcorp.

awesome! spot! i had fun there they were really nice all of there staff made it fun to be in there, plus they had a movie playing so the wait didnt even seem that long but the wait wasn’t long at all I enjoyed it, great experience

my second time here, the staff as usual were friendly and diligent. I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen

I really don’t know why others have rated this place with such low rating. My first experience with them was amazing. I wish I knew the front desk’s lady’s name. She did an amazing job of handling all the RUDE customers she was presented to. Like people are saying they’re rude when they’re the ones giving them that attitude. She was simply asking for information from this customer and the customer had the audacity to say «dang she makin me go back and forth, Ima just stay up here» to her friend on the phone. Front desk did an amazing job keeping their cool and I applaud that specific person for that. Keep doing what you guys do and don’t let rude customers get to you guys. Good job you all.
I don’t know anyone from this place nor from the area so there is no bias and if you think I’m BS-​Ing contact me.

Very friendly stuff (Kathy). My wife and I didn’t had to wait too long. Office is very nice and cool temperatures.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered! The staff creates a hostile atmosphere. They give attitude to everyone, are very snappy, and have a overall negative demeanor. Having such bad patient service skills results in the staff appearing unexperienced and unprofessional. LabCorp should reconsider who they choose to represent their company.

I came in today around 11:30 and was told that they don’t start doing testing until 12:30. I came back at 12:15 waited for almost 2 hours to get tested and everyone that works there was extremely rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. Especially the guy who works at the front. He had no idea what he was doing and he was the rudest receptionist I’ve ever experienced. Calling him a dick would be the nicest way I could put it but he was extremely disrespectful and sarcastic. I understand some things are out of their control, but the way they handled it was really irritating and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service by Brianna! Rude, bad attitude, ugly demeanor. I had to call the regional manager to complain about her!

Horrible place! It took them three times and three different technicians to find my veins! I have never had this happen before anywhere else, and I have been going for lab tests pretty often. Unfortunately, I’ll have to schedule another appointment with LabCorp but will pick another location. Hopefully it will be better then this one.

Very slow. I checked in at 7am on my way to work. Appt or not they are very unorganized. I didn’t even get checked in until 7:30. The guy was so slow I still had to wait for my paperwork to get entered. Mean while the waiting room is packed and 3 chairs are open and waiting for patients. Again badly run. I will go back to the San Bernardino location it is much better.

Sitting in the lobby for over an hour when I have an appointment is a joke! The front desk is friendly but not very professional. Almost lost my paperwork. Technician was friendly and professional.

I came here with my friend who needed some blood work done. The room was packed with people and we waited over an hour before she was called in. Front desk clerks aren’t friendly and managed to loose someone’s paperwork as well. Last resort type lab.

All the employees are rude, they all don’t have proper customer/​patient service. Also very long wait.
Definitely prefer quest diagnosis more.

Worst place to come is a Lab. Employees are rude and everyone else in the waiting area seem so moody. Also no one speaks Spanish for those who need something translated. I had to help a lady because I felt bad she didn’t understand.

I know, I know. Four stars for a place that collects bodily fluids? Yes, and here’s why.
I’ve been coming here for years for my blood work, and while the staff are (usually) friendly enough, the place has long been in need of a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint.
Well, now they have that coat of paint, and overall the facility looks nicer than it has in the past.
However, I wiped down a part of my seat to clean off the crayon that my two-​year-​old decided to color with, and the wipe was just filthy. I don’t know when the chairs were last cleaned (if ever), but you should definitely keep this in mind when you go.

Very efficiently run facility, they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Blood work and urine test and the guy that took my blood was great, didn’t feel the needle at all.

Do not come here! I should have gone to Unilocal and read reviews BEFORE I came. I have no faith in this place after my first and last visit here this morning. I just hope they don’t mess up my results!!!
1) I was asked to give a urine sample with no antiseptic wipe, and no instructions on where to place the completed sample.
2) The women’s restroom toilet BASE was loosely attached to floor, causing it to rock.
3) The toilet SEAT was loosely attached, causing it to rock. Very dangerous for the elderly in particular! Have a heart, people!
4) There were ants in the bathroom. including one on toilet and I see one now crawling on my seat in the waiting room.
5) The toilet paper dispensers were empty and they had set a box of Kleenex there — maybe office is not well run if they can’t keep up with the TP?

I don’t know what it is with this place but why does it take them forever to take you in? I understand you get in faster with an appointment but there aren’t many walk-​in patients and a handful of staff just walking back and forth doing nothing but talking about personal stuff.
Does it take time to prep the field after each patient? Kaiser is faster then them and their patient volume is 100x more…
