It’s odd you would rather avoid me and only reply when your potential customers find out how incompetent you and your staff are. You do not fool around with someone’s health for four weeks, as you did in this case, and simply expect to walk away from taking responsibility. You can pay the other dentist to do the service you refused to do for all I care. You didn’t even give the parient a referral. Did I upset you when I said the receptionist was incompetent? Do you have another word you’d favor for someone who misspelled my name three times and put me on hold, only to tell me she wasn’t capable of providing the answer to an insurance form that directed me to «call the dentist»?

i love going here. all the staff are friendly. doctor Rowena is a very good dentist, very gently and informative. she walks me through everything from the condition of my teeth to the procedures she’s doing in my mouth. Evelyn her front desk/​assistant is very helpful as well. the office is very neat and clean and there is a lot of magazines to choose from in the waiting area. i really recommend you to come it and check it out.
