No point in calling for a quote, they just put you on hold tell you hang up. I was on hold for 15 minute before i said screw it.

These guys don’t return calls or email. You see a part on their web site, use their link to ask a question and they never get back to you on the availability of the part. Lousy service period.

I ordered a mirrow from these guys and they shipped it immediatly and the a great price but it came in broken. we called them and they told us to that another one would be replaced the same day at no shipping cost.
How can you beat that.
These guys are honest, good to do business with and very friendly on the phone.

I had an employee/​owner send me a private message that was basically mocking me. Real professional outfit we have here folks!

Not entirely satisfied with my experience with TLS. Customer service was above average; that wasn’t the problem. I rate them 3 stars due to shipping. I paid extra for fast shipping, but because they sent the part to a wrong address (after confirming mine with them) the part got here later than expected. This led to my car not getting fixed when it was supposed to, which hampered plans of mine and ultimately negated the extra $$ I forked over for fast shipping. On top of that, the part (which was a decently-​sized control module) came in a lightly-​padded envelope, rather than a cardboard box. We’re talking about a sensitive piece of electronics, which can be rendered useless if given a big enough bump (wouldn’t take much), being shipped in an envelope NOT designed to provide adequate protecting for something like that. Will make me thing twice about buying from them again.

Pleased with the customer services, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about parts and gave recommendations when they didn’t have what I needed.

Very satisfied with the order process, price was fair and shipping was included.
They must be very busy since it took two days to process and ship my order, but I am satisfied with their service.

Wide choice of original used parts for Toyota and Lexus cars. I’ve been buying from this place for last couple of years and find them very pleasant to deal with. If they don’t have what I am looking for they usually call around to locate that part for me. Good customer service and easy to deal with.

Whent in for a amplifier for my Lexus IS-​f … not only did they have the part in stock. But also verified the amplifier is compatible with my car .via vin number. friendly sales team .vary knowledgeable… quick service leaves a happy customer. Extra bonus 1 year warranty on my amplifier .wow!

There return policy sucks. There desperate for money I guess. Iv been a long time customer there but when I had to return a part they took 25%. Which was $ 75. That is unreal. Don’t go here if you need parts. Go to LKQ which has a real return policy.
