this is a joke of an establishment. i called for a intake box tube between the throttle body and the air cleaner and they quoted me at 55 $ for a USED PART. LOL you could get these part BRAND NEW From the DEALER for 46 $. these people are a rip off. they need to be shut down. i told the guys over the phone i found them online for 27 $ and he told me «well go buy it online then» LOL yes i will sir and i will never be doing business with your shady establishment.

The worst businesses I have ever dealt with. The owner is just a shit human being. As a customer I’ve never been verbally assaulted before (especially unprovoked). I couldn’t believe how aggressive they were. I was so dumbfounded I didn’t even have a response (thank god for Unilocal). Hope the place burns down

if i could i would rate this junk no stars… please save yourself from the worst customer service and go elsewere… i bought a $ 2000 engine it was bad and the lied about the miles it had… they tried blameing me for the damage but none matter cause i bought the $ 300 warranty… they made me do all this work took them my motor didnt give it back 3 months later, they never return your calls also… got my motor back and guess what still bad… bbb couldnt even get them to reply thiese guys are bad news… and up to know i just lost all my money and no motor gone…

These guys are LEGIT, best prices and have exactly what you need. They had some hard to find parts and went the extra mile to help me out. CALL THEM or VISIT.

Let me start first by stating I have been in the automotive repair industry for 15 years. Last week I was shopping for a used cylinder head for a 1998 Honda Civic EX. HAP Auto Wrecking displayed several of them for $ 100 each. Upon speaking with them they informed me the price was a misprint and the price was $ 250. Hap Auto Wrecking assured us the heads they sell are assemblies with camshaft and rocker arms. We agreed on $ 192 and I sent a friend to get the head. He brought back a head with a seized camshaft and spun cam sprocket. I pulled the cam out and sure enough one of the bearing journals was damaged as was the cam. I had another friend try and exchange the head. They told him that they never inspected the head and no one should have given it to us in the first place. We asked for a refund because I was getting the feeling like I didn’t want to do business with such an establishment. Hap Auto Wrecking refused to give a refund even after admitting selling us a part that was bad and never inspected. They also informed us they do not give refunds if another part is available, and they had only one left. When the head arrived at my shop, again I removed the cam for inspection and found the camshaft lobes were ground down and the rocker shaft assembly was also ground down, not usable. After speaking with the owner, he informed me that he would not be giving a refund even though he had supplied me with 2 bad heads and no others were available.

Called Joe as i was looking to sell my Toyota ! Although he usually deals with Hondas and Acuras, he said he was going to come look at my car which I told him I appreciated! Well over a week later and NO call and he certainly DID NOT come out to see it! I am sure he meant well, but follow through is an extremely important part of CS!

These guys are Amazing if you are looking for anything Honda you should check here first they will save you a crazy amount of $$$. I picked up a set of rims and tires at a ridiculous price and then went back and got a spare tire which was only $ 50 all of the other Honda places were at least $ 100 to $ 150. So now I don’t do a lot of price shopping which saves me time which = $$
