Their coupons and deals are a ripoff! We didn’t read these other reviews. I got the Livingsocial deal, left a voicemail which went unreturned. Called today and the number says it’s disconnected. I hate scammers like this, and really don’t think Unilocal should be offering them the option to steal from people directly through their website (I see a similar deal here). I’m not sure what the deal is, but my next call is to Livingsocial to see if there’s any kind of refund or credit available.

This company sucks. I had 2 appointments scheduled and he never showed up and did not call. Now the phone number is disconnected. Living Social/​Groupon is killing businesses. Don’t buy them and don’t use this company!!! It sounds like you had a good business until now.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is a scam. They were hired to clean our furnace and all of the airducts in the house. They spent over an hour in the attic. When my husband came home from work he went into the attic to check on the work they did. He found they had cleaned the furnace but did not clean any of the ductwork! The inside of all the air ducts are completely filthy and covered with years of dust! They stole our money! We are going to report them for consumer fraud and sue them to get our money back.

Be careful if you are purchasing services through Living Social or Groupon! I had an appointment for a Saturday morning between 9 – 11 a.m. and they were a NO SHOW. I called several times, the voicemail box was full. I found a 2^nd phone number on their webiste, left a message and never heard back from them. Terrible business practice.
Luckily, I was able to get a refund from Living Social. BUYER BEWARE.

Spent $ 49 for a Living Social Voucher which was to cover: whole house air duct cleaning, including one return vent, one dryer vent, and one ten-​point furnace check up. We were given an arrive time window of 3 – 5 pm. When 4:45 pm arrived we got a little nervous and so we called the company. We got the sense we were not on his schedule but he said he’d be to our house around 5:10. He arrived at 5:15, looked at the furnace and said he couldn’t do the other covered services until he cleaned the furnace for $ 198. Classic bait and switch.

Found this company on living social and purchased a voucher for $ 49.00. Once the gentleman arrived he went right to our furnace and said he would have to clean the furnace first. This would cost $ 195.00. Asked him you can not clean the duct without the furnace, he said correct. Sounds like a bait and switch scam. We had the worked done because we needed it. Part of the voucher was a dryer duct cleaning and that was not done at all. Contacted clean world and not return contact. Technician was very pleasant but, please everyone beware prior to purchasing.

Bought a living social for this company. They were busy so I had to wait about a month. Called the day before to confirm the appointment. They didn’t answer and they didn’t return my call either. Obviously, they did not show up for the appointment and I haven’t heard from them either.

Ordered a Groupon for this air duct cleaning deal. Worse mistake ever! This company has been nothing but problems. Had to reschedule 3 times as the technician either never showed up or called to cancel after the scheduled time. Once they finally arrived they said they would not do the job as the furnace has not been recently serviced, this was understandable and we appreciated the honest approach and that they didn’t just do the job knowing it would just need to be redone in the near future. (this is the only star they get!) After they left our furnace no longer worked. Coincidence?! So now we are left with no heater in the middle of winter and yes, it snows where I live. The technicians lied about it working when they left and refuse to do anything or assume any sort of responsibility. The «boss» was useless. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service/​business.

I bought a voucher on groupon to have my air ducts cleaned. I called to set my appointment and the gentleman was very nice. He set an appointment for this past Sunday, he said they would be there between 9 and 11. I called at 11:30 to see where they were and he said they were running behind it would be closer to 12:00. At 12:30 I called him again, he said he would check on it and call back, he never called back and they never showed up. I would never call
and set up another appointment to have to wait for hours and have a no show. i would not trust this company at all. They never have called me to say what happened. I will be requesting my money back from Groupon.

We were very satisfied by Ahmad. He was professional, thorough and did an excellent job. He was in and out and my house smells clean and fresh. Our air ducts were really bad and he prepared them and gave us great information to help keep up with the ducts. The specific air filters
To choose since my son is allergic to the air, he is a bit more sensitive to smells .so far the fresh smell isn’t bothering him ! Great job! We will use again !

Found this company via a Living Social deal a year ago and I continue to use them because of their excellent service and thorough cleanings of my air ducts and carpets. I love how fresh the house looks, feels, and smells after Ahmad has been here. He has great deals on multiple services! Thanks Ahmad!
