Advanced Pools built us a beautiful quality pool that we are quite happy with. However, they recommended a terrible concrete contractor, who, it turns out was a family friend. In addition, we were required to put in a new electrical panel, and opted to have Advanced do this for us because they said they could get in done quickly. It took over a year (and several failed inspections) for them to get the work done to code, they ended up coming back to us for more money to finish the project, and they left us with an electrical problem that said they couldn’t figure out how to fix. It took a licensed electrician about five minutes to find the problem and correct it, and it turned out it could have caused a fire. Very disappointed in the way they chose to handle this issue. Have them build your pool, but don’t have them do anything outside that.
