We have a variety of shellac gel colors and many polish colors to chose from. Our prices are very competitive. We offer special prices for kid pedicure and manicure. Established in 2000.

Top Nails and Spa is a family own business. We are under new management. We have been in the pedicure and manicure business for over 15 years. We have recently installed new spa pedicure chairs with disposable liners. With these disposable liners, our clients do not have to worry about cross contamination.

I’m so sad to write this review, but I was shocked by my manicurist’s job. Every time before I’ve come here I’ve received the best pedicure. (The older guy does the best job!) but yesterday the lady giving me a pedicure was very distracted, leaving me to assist other customers (checking them out, starting water for them, helping them with their massage chairs). I ordered the most expensive pedicure with the 15 minute foot massage, most of the time she was either on her phone just holding my foot– not massaging, or talking with the other people– still not massaging. One coat of nail polish, and an hour and a half later I was out of there. I hope I don’t get her as my manicurist again.

Holly did amazing! I tried to rip my acrylics off the night before. I injured my thumb and pinky. She said your nails are too tender to take them off, we should just file the acrylic down with out hurting your nails more. I was skeptical. But they look very natural! And the polish job is clean (:

I usually don’t get super fancy with my nails — firstly, because I work in an office and literally sending out an email would take half my day. Second, because food and other particles get stuck behind the nail and it’s really gross, so I appreciate short, well-​manicured nails with a nice coat of paint. They have impeccable attention to detail and do not rush.
This store is impressively clean and the employees are completely friendly and patient with you. I’ll definitely come here to get my nails done for special occasions.

I really like this nail salon. I decided to try it out a few months ago because the location is perfect for me — right on Main Street in Ramona near all the major shops, inside the Kmart mall. My gel manicures and pedicures always look nice and last a long time. I like fancy designs or little gems and they will copy any picture I give them or make suggestions for something cute. Prices are reasonable but not cheap. The shop is always busy with repeat customers so you know they do a great job and the ladies are all very sweet.

I absolutely love Top Nails and Spa. Every time I go there, I get pampered but also get a great manicure and pedicure. I have difficult nails that tend to curve inward, but their manicurists always make sure my nails are in the best shape possible. I have tried other nail salons but haven’t found one that does as good a job as Top Nails. I look forward to each appointment. I highly recommend them.

I went in and asked to have a full set put in, make it narrow at the sides and flat to look natural. The lady who took care of me sounded like she was the owner cuz she was instructing others what to do. She kept on talking to her friends and not paying attention to her work. I kept reminding her that i wanted it narrow on the sides but to no avail. Three of my nails were cut crooked, the nail polish was not covering all the way. She was focused on one side of the nail neglecting to check the other side. I got frustrated after awhile and let her have it. I always thought that nail salons supposed to show off their artistry and what i got was production work. Very unhappy so my husband suggested to have it fixed right away so I drove across to Venus Nails and explained what i want with my nails. The lady listened and took care of my needs and i came out a very happy woman!!!

I have been to this place 3 times.
The first 2 times were OK, nothing special, but nothing to complain about.
The last time I went was literally the LAST time I will EVER go there!
My mom, 2 sisters and I went for a girl’s day mani/​pedi.
2 of us got gel manicures and one of us got gel pedicure. That means my mom spent close to 150, if not more. She saw a coupon in the paper on the table while we were waiting for the last person to dry before we paid, and they refused to take it. It was something like 15% off or something like that, and they would not take it. I mean, we just spent a lot of money, don’t you think they would honor the coupon and keep a loyal customer? Heck no they didn’t. I have never experienced a cheap attitude from any salon, even the kind where you can’t understand them as it is!
Horrible service. I will NEVER go back. I would rather pay twice the price.

I have been coming here for a few months now and I love lily. She always does a great and thorough job. The service is always great. I always get a lot of compliments. I show her ideas off websites and she can always get them right. There is another girl that is in there that does my wax jessica. She always does a great job too and she is gentle.

I found Top Nails a year and a half ago when my other nail salon closed and I couldn’t be happier! Their services always please me. I go regularly for pedicures, manicures and eyebrow waxing. No matter who does the service, I am always pleased. A friendly and welcoming place, too!

Not good Service!!! Overall the salon seemed nice. However the lady that did my pedicure was Not good. She was not polite and while doing my pedi she actually cut a hang nail deep on my toe, so bad that it’s now painful when I walk. After she finished my pedicure, she just left me sitting in my chair without putting my shoes on or offering assistance. My friend next to me took much longer & I even commented as they were putting her shoes on that my person must have forgotten about me. She never put my shoes on or offered to take my payment. — I will Not be returning to this salon. Not Good Service!!!

Went in for a french manicure and pedicure. The next day my nails were peeling and in two days the white part turned brown. My nails looked like crap for a wedding i was in. Went in today to ask for my money back and they told me manicures only last two days, what a shitty excuse. They wouldn’t give me my money back. I should have had a clue of how bad this place was when i was there a girl came in complaining about getting her feet cut up by them. And when i went to ask for money back there was someone there that said they got a fungus from there! Please dont go here horrible customer service!!!

I absolutely love getting my pedicure and manicure done here! I always get tons of compliments and people asking «who does your nails, they’re beautiful!» And they introduced me to a new technique that makes my gel nails last 2 – 3 weeks without any chips or broken nails… I think it’s called shellac nails. People here are very professional, friendly, and takes pride in their craft. I highly recommend this place to anyone who want beautiful nails that last long.

I was referred to this nail salon after my previous salon was not able to do the stelletto nail that I wanted. When I went into the salon I was immediately greeted and there was no wait for my nails. The manicurist was friendly and attentive to what I was looking for. By the end I was so happy with my new nails. Donna was amazing. I will definitely be going back!

I had the most pleasant experience at top nails in Ramona. I took a girlfriend to treat her for taking care of me when i was sick. We had pedicares Great and manicure and waxing. All great. They were all pleasaant. I accidentally screwed my manicure and two jumped up to fix it with smiles. But the best part… Honesty…

A 24kt gold bracelet heirloom slipped out of my pocket in salone chair. By the time i knew they were closed. I stressed all night. Then I called and he was happy. I picked it up and offered a nice reward which he refused. He has a customer for as long as they are opened.
