Adorable dog bakery.
I was visiting from out of town and brought back a few treats for my dog and she loved them!
Employees were friendly and helpful.

Woof Gang is such a great place to have so close to the bustle of North Hills. I brought my black lab, Miles, in to get a basic grooming done for the first time before a trip. Paul did such a great job and took the time to explain the process, ask about any health concerns, and go over how he did. I will definitely use them in the future.

Best groomer in Raleigh! The staff is professional and courteous and takes great care of our dog, Betsy. They always have great advice. There is a great selection of healthy food for dogs and cats. They also have a variety of collars, leashes and toys.

Eh. Woofgang did a fine job grooming my pup, but for the price and the quality of the cut I really would have had a better value if I just went to PetSmart (which actually has a great grooming department if you go to the Millbrook location!). The service was mostly great (making an appointment was and Louie seemed to really like his groomer) and the whole groom only took about two hours (yay fast!), but where I got a bit annoyed was when I went to pay. I presented them a North Hills Gift Card and the girl looked down at it, back to me and instantly said «We don’t take that»
Funny, because they’re listed as one of the retailers who accept it. She didn’t try to swipe it (you literally just run it like credit), didn’t go back to check if someone else could try, she just said no. I asked to possibly talk to a manager but she stated one wasn’t in and repeated they don’t take North Hills gift cards.
Okay…Fine. Paid and left with pup in tow. Upon further inspection Louie had a few mats on his belly they didn’t seem to get, and his cut was a little uneven. Not a huge deal since my dog is a squirmer sometimes but not worth the $ 50 price tag and the lackluster service.

Extremely overpriced. You can find the exact same items at the chain store down the street for a fraction of the price. And it’s deceptive, because not everything that they carry is actually «quality» food, but I’m sure customers who don’t know just assume so because they are stocked together. Staff doesn’t know the difference either, which is alarming.
While this has never been my go-​to place in the area for dog supplies, I have been coming to it since it first opened. I have never had my dog groomed here, but I did like being able to stop in for a quick nail trim between her groomings This was until recently. Prior to our most recent visit, every time, we would get the same sweet girl. She knew exactly how I liked her nails to be done, and I was pleased with the job she’d do. She also knew that due to a disc condition, my little pup cannot be put in the collar restraints. A few months ago, we stopped in and they called back for a groomer as usual. This time, it was someone else. She tried to just take my dog back without a word, but I stopped her to explain what we usually have done. Despite everything I said, I found out later that she ended up putting the collar on my dog anyway. And finally, they ended up charging me twice as much for an «extra service» that I had apparently requested, though I asked for the same thing I always did. I paid and left, but when I checked my dog’s nails in the car, I found that I had, in fact, paid twice as much for a much less than mediocre job. I had already decided that I would never be returning after her blatant disregard for my requests and the unreasonable overcharge, but the icing on the cake was that she did irritate the disc in my dog’s neck, and I found myself in the vet’s office several days later. Thanks for nothing, Woof Gang. Definitely ended up being the most expensive nail trim ever. From now on I will absolutely be sticking to places that actually care about their customers.

I can’t say enough good things about Woof Gang Bakery.
The moment you walk in you know this store is special. The walls are tastefully lined with beautiful dog toys and beautifully packaged treats. The table in the middle of the main floor is a «Doggie Treat Bar,» filled with a large variety of adorably frosted and shaped yum yums that you’ll want to buy your pup.
The grooming services here are above the standard. The staff are very skilled and genuinely care about your dog’s grooming needs. What I love about this place is your dog has a specific appointment time, so they are not in a cage all day waiting their turn, but are only there for a few hours for their appointment.
Another perk about this place is their rewards program. I do not know the exact number but when you spend x amount of dollars, you get $ 10 off your next purchase.
They also host a lot of adoption events, what’s there not to love?

We had made an appointment to bring in our rescue dog, a maltese mix, Sophie today and it went great!
Sophie was such a mess in the beginning, some matted hair and an uneven cut all around. Her butt was fluffier than the rest of her. But after a visit to Woof Gang Bakery, she looks and feels better than new.
At first we were worried because we ended up being half an hour late to our appointment, but the employees there were not phased by this, they treated us and our dog with kindness and respect. We could tell immediately that our Sophie was going to enjoy herself. And she did!
Brandy, the groomer that handled Sophie was very sweet to Sophie, she even sat on the floor to interact with her for the first time. We could tell that these people definitely understood their clientele (dogs). Brandy is highly recommended!
In the end we were given back a beautiful dog that was finished faster than they estimated and she was as happy as can be. She still smells like cotton candy! Her fur is so soft! It’s just a really great job that they did here and so I have to recommend.
Great first impression Woof Gang! We’re looking forward to our next visit.

After leaving the vet with Milo, he deserved some treats for doing so well. I had come across Woof Gang bakery doing a grooming search on Unilocal.
The store is gorgeous, very bright, colorful & inviting. The treat bar welcomes you as soon as you walk in, which was the first stop for Milo & I.
Employees are super friendly & knowledgeable about their products. I appreciate all the treats & food are healthy.
Milo & I chose some treats off the bar, which are reasonably priced.
As I mentioned earlier, they have grooming on site, with nice prices, so I plan on using them when Milo needs a haircut.
Parking is an issue, since this is a busy shopping area.

The shop is darling. The management and staff are lovely. It is Lucky’s favorite place to visit. They have do it yourself grooming stations in the back that make bathing your dog easy. complete with ramp and tethers and dryers.

This store is excellent for most of your pet needs, with Target and other stores around as your backup. We’ve been going here for several years, and have had no trouble with anything. Our dog recommends it too! ;-)

Visited here for the first time to get my little guy (10 yr old, ~15 lb yorkshire terrier) groomed recently. The groomer spent several minutes going over his history (health problems, etc.) and asking lots of details on how I wanted him groomed. Prices were very reasonable for this area and he looked great after! Definitely one of the best groomings he’s ever had. I’ve also gotten both of my pups treats from their bakery a few times and they’re always a big hit. We’ll be returning to Woof Gang for sure!

I’ve been taking my Westie there since he was just months old. Lisa does the BEST grooming. Not only does he come out happy and looking fantastic — he LOVES GOING.
He rushes to the grooming area whenever we come in and whines when he see’s Lisa through the glass. Most dogs hate to go but he can’t get enough because of how sweet and attentive she is. We’ve just started taking our rescue Westie as well and he came out great too!
Sure, I can bathe him myself but it never looks as good and he isn’t as happy when I do it compared to the Woof Gang staff. The Westie cut is a little more complex than what I’d want to do on my own.
Make sure you take the time to discuss what you’d like done with the groomer. Everyone has a different idea of what looks best. It’s just like going to get your own hair cut. If you say you want 2 inches cut off, the stylist will show you what they believe to be 2 inches. A few extra minutes will make sure everyone is on the same page on how you want your dog to look.
The specialty treats can be pricey — what would you expect from a treat shaped to look like a martini glass or a slice of pizza??? My dogs don’t get them every day but they’re great for a high value reward or a gift for friends with a pup.
Overall, they’re nice and flexible with great recommendations. I love how happy it makes my sweet boys.

I’m new to this whole pet thing, but after reading some great reviews and having friends of mine recommend woof gang I decided to give it a try.
Pros– The staff is very friendly and helpful. I dropped my baby off for her first grooming appointment ever today and they made me feel very comfortable. Her hair was matted so the woman said her hair would be shorter. They have a good selection of snacks and are a small business which is why I opted to take my puppy here. The groomer was very sweet and gave me tips for keeping my puppy clean and getting used to grooming. They gave her extra special care and attention and she was in and out within a couple of hours.
Cons– The price for her grooming ended up being $ 40! That seems way too expensive for a 2 pound dog, and there was also a slot to leave tip once they ran my card. I wouldn’t have minded that if the cost hadn’t been so expensive. I know my friend took her dog to be groomed and her dog weighs about 60 pounds. The cost was around $ 30 for her golden retriever/​chow mix. I am hesitant to take my dog to the bigger chains such as petsmart or petco because I’m afraid she won’t get as much attention or as good of care. On top of that, my fluffy cutie pie had been shaved!
I’ll have to think about taking my pup here again for grooming due to the price! On top of that I would have preferred for her to not be completely shaved. I was hoping for a trim.
They definitely treated my pup well, I could tell since she didn’t seem shaken when I picked her up. The cost might be worth it in the long run, I guess we’ll see!

This place is awesome. Clean and bright, with a huge selection of collars, treats and toys. It looked like they had a great selection of food as well, but we were there for the treats! I love that you can mix and match the baked treats and pay by the ounce. My weenie dog Kramer LOVED all the different varieties, especially the bacon and cheddar ones! We bought a mix of treats and two of those disgusting dried duck feet he goes crazy for. The person working in the store was so friendly and helpful. I’ll be back soon to pick out a new collar for my weenie — this place has the best selection I’ve seen!

I live right around the corner from Woof Gang and I come here all the time. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they always love on my pup when we come in. The treats are gourmet and handmade and much better for dogs than most typical dog treats. I love that you can pick your own bag and put as little or as much as you want in it. I come here for all my speciality dog needs!
The bakery also carries a brand of leashes called Rok Strap bungee leashes — if you don’t have one, go get one. They are a lifesaver on my joints (I know, I’m 25, but you can’t deny it hurts when you are pulled by your pup)! Not only that, these leashes come with a year warranty. My dog’s leash snapped in half on a run yesterday, so I called and asked about the warranty and sure enough it was still within the warranty timeframe so I got a brand new $ 35 leash for free! Yes, $ 35 is a lot for a leash, but it is top notch quality and has been a real must-​have for me and my dog. The customer service is so great here and the girl I worked with yesterday was friendly and super helpful.

Lisa took great care of my wheaten terrier Zoe! And the shampoo they used smells amazing. We’ll be taking Zoe back there again!

I know very little about dogs and was looking for something to add to my brothers dogs Christmas gift. They were able to look up my brothers preferences for her food and treats– so so helpful :) very friendly and makes me want to have a dog so I could shop more!

While Woof Gang Bakery certainly carries a number of items that are of high quality, especially their home made dog treats that look good enough for a human to eat, there are a number of reasons that I cannot recommend Woof Gang as my go to dog store.
Woof Gang Bakery sells pork bones for dog consumption, a practice that is highly dangerous. Pork bones should never be given to dogs. On top of that, the pork bones are not well marked and are placed close to the regular bones. My sister’s dog ended up at the vet having surgery due to shards and bits of pork bone from a bone purchased at this location.
This is my second bad experience with Woof Gang Bakery, the first being when my Westie was groomed there. We informed the groomer we wanted a traditional Westie cut, but he ended up shaved instead, with some parts of him missing big patches of hair. This was no only unattractive, but with the wire hair Westies have, shaving is extremely bad for their skin.
The reason I am giving a one star rating is because although there are a number of unique products that any dog lover would certainly love to spoil their dog with, but I cannot go any higher due to several business practices that put those same dogs at major risk for health concerns. Were Woof Gang to pull certain products and train up some of their staff, this rating could be much higher.

I took my pooch here for a grooming appointment this past week. They did an excellent job! One of the biggest perks is that each dog has an individual time slot; i.e., dropped her off at eleven and was given a call at about one to come and pick her up. No crates, no other dogs. She received one-​on-​one attention from the moment I walked in the door. The groomer, who is in the back of the boutique, came out to meet us and discuss what I wanted done. She was on the floor loving on my dog, who of course had no problem heading to the back with her after becoming friends. When I came back, the staff behind the counter was super friendly and complimentary, and they even snuck her a few treats (with permission, of course). Really great grooming job and a reasonable price. They also have a nice selection of treats, collars and leashes, toys, and bagged food. I would definitely recommend and we’ll be back whenever my furry friend starts looking a little shaggy.

I have been to Woof Gang a few times and am less than impressed. The whole reason I shop at stores like this with my dog is so that she can get some attention. But none of the times I have been there with her have they bothered to even come out from behind the counter and love on her. Their cookies’ price goes by weight, which I hate because you always pay entirely more than you intended by the time it’s all said and done.
It’s super girly and «blinged» out… but I’ll take a store with plain concrete floor and no crystal chandeliers if the prices are more reasonable and they actually pay attention to my dog. Who needs all that fancy stuff?
