Beautiful store with a very nice selection of high-end shoes. I knew going in that finding a pair of shoes for work under $ 100 was going to be a challenge, but I had won a gift card to the store, needed a nice new pair of flats, and decided to give it a try. The store itself is kept very clean. The displays line the walls, aren’t cluttered, and are separated by designer. The sales lady I had was nice and very willing to help me. However, what keeps me from giving this place more stars was the interaction, or shall I say lack of interaction, with the store owner/manager. When my sister and I walked in, there was only one other woman shopping. Our sales lady came up and greeted us after we had looked around a bit, but the owner of the store constantly walked past us throughout our visit without even acknowledging our existence. We were even at the counter, with a shoe box in hand, and he literally left without even making an effort to say, «oh, glad you found something», or something that effect. I know I’m not driving a Mercedes, but seriously, you should never judge a checkbook, by its cover. Like I said, I won a gift card($ 25, so I still paid heavily out of pocket for my shoes) and the selection is very nice, but I’ve received better customer service from Nordstrom’s, which makes me sad, since I’d love to frequent local businesses more often.

Scary store! Excellent selection of shoes and handbags but the staff is so aggressive it’s frightening. The owner and his employees need to spend the day at Nordstrom’s shoe dept observing the sales clerks and taking cues from them. You can be effective without being pushy!
