if there is zero I will give the zero. The information the office gave is kind of totally different from the real apartment! Don’t trust them! The inner facility is really good. Just don’t move there.

Stayed here with a friend for one week in Spring 2015. Being a scientist, I know that a sample size of greater than one is important in order for relevancy and I accept that it is plausible(but not likely) that I stayed here during a bizarre week. So, on to my review. College Inn is, without a doubt, a party apartment complex. If you are a serious student or graduate student I would strongly recommend looking somewhere else. Holes in the walls, puke and booze stains in the hallways, loud noises. At all hours of the night(starting at 5PM, ending at sunrise) the apparent cool thing to do is to run or walk the halls screaming and/or howling. I was confused by this at first until my friend pointed out that NC State’s mascot is the wolf pack. Okay, that makes sense now. Other residents find pleasure in simply knocking on every door in the hall and running. Wild! There are cameras in the hallways, but the office staff aren’t watching(they are the people doing the howling/knocking sometimes). Then, Thirsty Thursday came. We are talking full on block party in the halls, people are shoulder to shoulder with loud music and weed. 5 stars if you like to party, 1 star if you’re a quiet nerd like me. The other review on here was left by an employee of College Inn, without a doubt. I saw her in the front office when I arrived.

College Inn is the best place to live! They have so many fun community activities such as free waffles on Wednesday’s and free hot dogs on Friday’s! Everyone who lives there is so nice & the staff is always helpful!
