Went in to get the sides of my undercut cleaned up, and was thoroughly disappointed. After the stylist started my cut I had to spend twenty minutes waiting while he played receptionist because they were understaffed. Once he finally did get around to finishing my hair, he didn’t seem to know how to do the style I wanted and didn’t get the line between the«long» and«short» parts right. I would have had him fix it, but the way he used the clippers made me really nervous that he’d accidentally butcher the top if I asked him to clean up the sides. I left and went straight to another salon to get the cut fixed. What should have been a pretty quick cleanup turned into a very expensive 2 hour long ordeal. Definitely won’t be coming here again.

My haircut was great-Amanda was awesome; however I was confused because I asked the stylist about costs before my haircut. She said $ 17 for a cut and $ 13 for deep condition and shampoo(combined) and I had a $ 10 off a haircut so I assumed it would be $ 20 and it was $ 33.(Plus tip) It was a bit pricey. The only thing I did not like was how she cut the front of my hair to frame my face.(Everyone said it looked really good– I just didn’t like it). I buy my shampoo and conditioner from this location and everyone is always so nice and helpful.

I’ve been wanting to make a drastic change with my hair for a few years now. After only getting an inch or two off my hair that goes all the way down my back for the past 6 years– I decided that yesterday was gonna be the day I finally change that. I knew I wanted an A-line bob and since my sister was getting her haircut, i figured– hey why not now? Glenda sat me down and couldnt even get all the knots out of my hair so she just snipped it off(ABOUT15INCHES) — the clippers touching the top of my neck and I knew there was no turning back from there. She cut my hair quickly but it came out nearly perfect! I’m so satisfied that I can’t stop looking at how great it looks. Glenda was funny, very friendly and professional. I never trust anyone with my hair, especially since I’ve had the same hair dresser for 18 years but after my experience with Glenda I will gladly come back and see her! There was also no wait at all, walked in and immediately was sat down.

What you see is what you get… it’s a place to get your hair cut or done up while you’re at the mall, and the perfect place to bring my ‘tween to take care of the tangles on top of her head. «Chop it all OFF» I said, but was talked into a bit of a stylish shorter haircut. The wait is reasonable, the staff is courteous and friendly and the place is pretty clean. I did notice a health score posted on the wall. Of course, I told my little girl, if she doesn’t take care of her hair, I’ll take my clippers and give her a buzz cut like she’s GI-Jane.
