I have used Forward Relocation twice. Once from NJ to SF and then again within SF. Both times my representative have been great to work with. Very attentive to what I needed and made the transition easy.
I was however a bit dissatisfied with how my household goods were not properly handled. There were a few damaged stuff from having it stored away. I am in the process of working with them to have things reimbursed. Will probably write another review to comment on their claims process.
Otherwise they have great customer service.

We just finished our move with Forward Relocation and have nothing but great things to say! They were friendly, attentive and followed through on their promises. Everyone including the drivers, pack/​load/​unload crew and reps were superstars! Nichoal was our rep and she was everything you could hope for. I would recommend Forward Relocation to anyone looking for assistance with their move.

Forward Relocation did a wonderful job coordinating and executing my relocation from Lancaster, CA to Mountain House, CA. Rainbow Movers did a great job packing and loading all my household goods into the trailer and Fairprice Movers did a great job unloading the trailer, unpacking and setting up the bedrooms. Everything arrived safe and good, nothing was broken, Awesome!!! Nichoal’s communication and professional service was an A+. Definitely I would use them again if I have to move. Great Job!

I had to move from Bastrop, TX to Raleigh, NC. Having been in the moving business, I usually do all of our moving myself. I travel quite a bit for my new job. As a result of that, I wasn’t able to unload at the other end. My customer service rep from 1−800-Pack-Rat referred me to Forward Relocation for my destination services. I have to say they were fast, professional and treated our furniture like gold. Rashad was our crew leader. He was great. He called us when he was on his way and went the extra mile for us every step of the way. Next time I move I will make Forward Relocation my first call! Thanks guys!!!

I was referred to these movers when I moved into my Wake Forest apartment. They were actually running a special for $ 99 for two men for two hours to load my UHaul. The whole move took 3.5 hours and cost me $ 180 plus a $ 40 tip because the guys really hustled and wrapped all my furniture in blankets. I thought that was neat. I hired a service like this once before to move into my old apartment in Raleigh and the guys barely had a dolly. These guys had tons of blankets, shrink wrap and tools etc. I probably would have paid double!
