If I could get this location zero stars I would. My mother is getting older and is recently struggling with several medical conditions, memory issues, and her 2014 taxes. She took her taxes to H&R Block as she has done so for several years for help. She is not business savvy and is not very organized. She went in with a stack of papers asking for help and they referred her to a gentleman to take care of her. Apparently she didn’t have all of the paperwork she needed and this man shoved her papers back at her and told her there was nothing he could do her. Could he have taken a moment and told her what she needed???
She was not only in embarrassed but she was also confused and hurt. I offered to help with taxes but her pride stands in her way and she pushes back. The fact that this man was so rude to her and didn’t try to work with her was awful! They are in business to provide a service and should not treat elderly people in such a manner. A little compassion goes a long way.
If you don’t have everything you need to file then don’t go to this cookie cutter location for help. They can’t help you and will treat you with disrespect. Shame on you!
