DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!
I made an appointment for 10:30 yesterday and had to call several times just to be able to pick him up at 3:00-ridiculous I know but it’s only the beginning of the horror story I i countered here.
So I dropped my cat off in the morning and the woman who took him listened to my concerns and was very courteous (Probably the best part about the whole day to be honest.)
So I show up at 3:00pm –4 ½ hours after my appointment to find him half shaved in the window as I walk up. When I enter the woman shaving him was paying no care to his anxiety and stress, and was throwing and slamming my cat down on the table. (Above and beyond what I feel would have been necessary for the job.) In front of me she pulled out the muzzle because clearly my cat was going to try and defend itself by biting her as he has no claws. He shakes the muzzle off and bites her and she just gives up half way through the grooming process and releases him from the table. He of course goes running to the farthest corner and I go and pick him up and as he shakes in my arms I walk him out of there. They didn’t charge me for the half finished job but I cannot urge people enough to stay away from this place.

Great place. No frills just great service and very fair pricing. Early morning appointments are great and my cats were in/​out fast! Nancy is super friendly and we will continue to bring our animals there. I recommend you give them a try!
