I like the store because it is close enough for me to run to in a middle of home repair.
However, there is never anyone on the store floor to assist you. The only employees in the store are the cashiers. They call on the PA for someone to assist you, but no one ever shows up. You are on your own.

Close enough to home and they always have what I need in stock. Look for the warranty information on the boxes of the Craftsman tools. Most people mistakenly think that all Craftsman tools have a lifetime warranty, this is not the case. Many of the power tools have a 1-​year warranty.
