Five stars as far as Dunkin’ Donuts go. This is one of my favorite locations. I frequent them on my way to work, the somewhat constant staff runs the place well and get the line moving fairly quickly. Some other locations might have line stretching out the doors and all those I walk in and see a lot of people, I’m confident that they’ll push it through quickly and get you out. The food is cooked well and the ice tea is quite good. I find that the ice tea flavor and strength varies from location to location based on how long they brew it for, it seems like these guys have the most consistent taste. I’m also not an easy orderer, they seem to remember my special requests whereas some of the other locations although I might give my special request to the same person, it’s like I’m giving it for the first time. These guys always get it right and I’m very happy.

Service is horrible! They don’t understand their own menus. They over charge for your combos because they don’t key it in as combo but rather as separate items so you get charged more.

No complaints whenever I stop by this location. Service is quick and to the point… so I’m in and out in no time.

Accidentally left my umbrella. I called to ask the owner to hold it for me & I’ll pick it up later. He told me, «My employees did not see an umbrella.» What do you mean they didn’t see it? When did you freaking ask them?! I told him to go check himself! I described the umbrella in detail & told him EXACTLY where I left it. He told me everyone is working. Ok, wtf does that really mean? I frequent your location on a regular basis. He pretended to look & told me, «No there’s no umbrella miss, sorry.» Now I’m at the point where I want to bail on teaching my class because I want to go off on the owner but can’t leave my students. I waited until class was over & jogged my behind right on over. Guess what I found? My Umbrella! It’s quite hilarious to me that the owner told me there was no umbrella. Lazy MF! He definitely lost a customer.

Semi-small place, good for take-out. My order is never wrong when I stop here but I do sometimes have to repeat myself. They did however get my boyfriends order wrong. He ordered a lemonade coolatta and they gave him a coffee coolatta, but we did order about 5 different drinks. Seems family run.

This might be a good DD otherwise, but I couldn’t even find out since I stopped in to use their restroom tonight and then grab a tea or whatever, and I was informed that they have, unlike almost every other DD in the tri-state area including the ones in my neck of the woods, no restroom. So I say, in Woody Allen late Soon Yi Howard Stern-era accent«F. you! f. you» Seriously, what kind of nonsense is this? Aren’t they supposed to have at least one basic restroom for customers if they’re serving beverages, food, and ice cream even? Totally ridiculous and absurd. I will not be returning unless I feel the need to grab a box of donuts and an x-large iced coffee and they don’t mind that I later come back and pee all over their floor. The clerk suggested I go across the street to the scary looking laundromat. I told him f. you… fo you… f uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

The closest Dunkin’ Donuts to me, but also my least favorite. They’re always ridiculously slow every time I’m here It takes 10 minutes at least to get coffee. When there’s a line forget it you’ll be here forever. I waste less time grabbing coffee in the morning if I just go to either one down Francis Lewis Blvd. They also were out of hot chocolate for like a week this past winter. How does that even happen? Only reason they get two stars is because I love coolattas and its literally around the block.
