Below average. Staff look afraid and don’t understand at times… have to repeat myself often.

Since this is one of about 5 businesses running near the 68th street surfing beach, I’m gonna keep dropping in for iced coffee. But I won’t be happy about it. If you buy a lot of iced coffee, you know it’s supposed to be double-strength to counteract the melting ice’s water-down effect. These guys are skimping out and the coffee tastes like sock water. Oh, and they won’t let you use the bathroom, even if you watch employees go in and out at will. And today they gave me a chocolate muffin when I asked for blueberry. Get it together, guys. Or don’t, because you have the market cornered. Whatever. I’ll just hope something else opens up around here soon.

The only reason why I gice this place 2 stars is because of the product. As for the customer service, most of the time there is only 2 employee working and a long line of customers waiting to be served. I often would go at midnight or later on the weekends for ice cream, tonight that has changed. I went there at 11PM and the doors were locked. There were 2 workers inside cleaning up and I tapped on the window. The worker pointed to the clock and explained they were closed. They have always been open 24 hours on the weekends and i pointed that out to him with their hours opened sign on the door as it says they close at 11PM Sunday-Thursday and 24 hours Friday and Saturday. He didnt care and became very aggravated. I am very upset with this and this Dunkin continues to highly disappoint me

Great service. Great coffee, donuts, bagels and shares a spot with Baskin Robbins Close to the beach so really cannot complain.

This location also shares a space with Baskin Robbins. Never crowded and service is pretty fast.
