I chose this company because my daughter had a Groupon and wanted them to clean one large room at her place of work. There was a problem in accessing the room, which turned into a fiasco. Sir Carpet stuck with her and worked past the obstacles. I admired their integrity and I hired them to clean my home carpets. Save myself thousands in replacing my carpet, for they made them look like new.

I do not like that they contract out their work. They just advertise and then do nothing but take a cut of the profit of the poor contracted company that actually shows up to do the work. Sir Carpet is a middle man. The price you are given from them will pretty much be doubled because if there is a spot it has to be «pretreated» so of course they suggest a per square foot charge on top of the amount already agreed upon.

I would like to report that Sir Carpet has contacted me since the unfortunate experience and not only apologized but our money was refunded. I realize that we are all subject to actions by persons who act on their own. In this case Sir Carpet did the right thing and I accept their apology. I suspect this was an isolated incident, otherwise they would not gone out of their way to make things right.
