Dunkin’ Donuts

I’ve been going to this location for over 4 years and it never occurred me to look at the reviews, I seriously was thinking maybe they were just rude to me because I always use a receipt for $ 1 off but after reading all the reviews. I see its to everyone. The girls there all seem to hate their job. They never smile, never say hi or anything. There are 3 people in the store that are awesome but I don’t know their names.

The early morning drive threw crew is rude. They don’t listen to the order, probably because they are making drinks three cars up. When they repeat back the wrong order, three times they give you an attitude. Not the way I like to start my day, really sets a bad tone.

Donuts are okay, the breakfast sandwiches are bland, and the coffee is alright. But the tea is AWFUL. It tastes like it is made in an old coffee pot. And it’s not a fluke, this is after several visits. I drink a lot of tea, and keep track of where’s good and where’s not. They are a NO on my tea list.

If I could give less than this trust me I would. Every time I’ve gone to this location they’re either extremely rude or screw up the order. I think there is one nice young girl that works there but they rest act like it’s an inconvenience to do their job. I get not enjoying working fast food did it myself but seriously where’s the manager at oh that’s right she’s just ad rude as her staff. I’ll take my business elsewhere since corporate doesn’t seem to give shit about how this location treats it’s customers.

Horrible Service on numerous occasions. There is a snotty young girl who is very rude and inpatient who works the drive through. Today I decided to give it one last shot. BIG MISTAKE. I will be taking my family elsewhere from now on, worth the drive to STAR BUCKS. Awful, soggy, greasy, undercooked «tater tot» things and even if they were prepared properly there was only only 4 in the bag, my son is super not picky and wouldn’t even finish one as he wiped his fingers on his shorts because he didn’t get a napkin in bag which seems to be the norm. Ordered them with a sausage egg cheese sandwich meal… The eggs were again undercooked, nasty and not edible. I said hold the cheese and they failed to manage that as well. My coffee was NOT what I ordered… Not sure what the hell it was but tasted like horse shit! The Bagel I ordered was stale and only had a small amount of cream cheese on one side. There were no napkins and the little wench got an attitude when I asked for some ketchup! Over all this place SUCKS all around… Gave the whole order to our pot belly pig who didn’t complain excluding my shitty ass coffee that I tried to fix at home with some creamer and sugar (whole reason for driving over there to avoid making my coffee «a treat» from time to time) and a frozen coffee which had 10x the amount of chocolate it should have, I tasted it and it was like drinking chocolate syrup out of the squeeze bottle, yet my son seemed to enjoy. Go figure! What a way to waste $ 18 bucks!!! Lesson learned!

I agree with all comments. Only like one employee, an african american male Greg, i think, he’s quiet but pleasant. All girls seem annoyed to serve you. Whats worse than the service is their hygiene. Watch closely, they touch their faces don’t wash hands, and text during their shifts. Thats what ive seen in view so imagine in the back where we cant see?

Incredibly RUDE staff. My kids prefer DD to Starbucks because of cost but I refuse to support this location. There is one girl who is polite in the mornings but most are not. They come off as very arrogant and condescending when you ask about what is in a drink and very often get the order wrong.

Is it Dunkin’ Donuts or DRUNKIN’ Donuts? This place is really pitiful! They almost never get an order right in the drive through. Today they sent me off me off with an absolutely Burnt & I do mean Char Burnt Bagel that was inedible!

There seems to be a reoccurring theme of rude and flippant staff members. Some are nice however there are more than a few that have ruined the experience and do not encompass customer service. I am going to drive to the location father from my house as opposed to dealing with the few trolls at this location. Several times they have given the wrong order and there is an especially rude woman. I hate to refer to a person on looks alone so I am sure when I say fat b#tch many will know of whom I speak.

Employees not interested in helping you or customer service, and very rude… Make a short trip to the DD on Rittenhouse, it’s worth the drive

I came into the store today around 3:00 pm to buy some coffee and a sandwich. When I went up to the counter there was a girl standing a little off to the side. She obviously saw me but just kept on restocking milk and complaining to herself about something and obviously in a bad mood. The other lady in the back was working the drive through. I waited for a good 3 – 4 minutes at the counter and not even an acknowledgement of my existence that I was standing there waiting to be helped. I moved a little over to the side so they could see me a little better because maybe they didn’t hear the door and even did a little *AHEM* just in case they still didn’t see me. Still nothing!
By this point I was just frustrated and left the store. Very unprofessional and rude. I understand that working at Dunkin Donuts may not be the most pleasant experience but in the face of customers at least do your job. Apparently from the other reviews I should come in the morning because the staff is better.

Love the early morning crew… They are very efficient and friendly. The coffee is the best around.

the manager, Debra is the rudest thing. Tried to intimidate me and told me off. DD is not worth it for that treatment.

Excellent service excellent coffee! I visit this location everyday monday thru friday and it is always fast and correct. The store is clean and well kept.

Love the convenience of having this DD so close to home, but I’d rather drive to the ocotillo location instead if it means they’ll get my coffee order right. Went to this location this morning, ordered an iced coffee with 3 pumps of caramel and skin milk. What did I get instead? Iced coffee with 3 pumps of caramel plus 3 regular cream and sugar. Needless to say the coffee was insanely sweet and not what I wanted.

Go to the other Dunkin Donuts, on the corner of Rittenhouse and Ocotillo. This one is ok, but I like the Peach Flavoring in my Iced Tea and this shop has the worst Peach Flavoring. They say its because its sugar-​free. Ehhh…
Otherwise, its a Dunkin Donuts.

I never have liked their donuts, but have grown to love their coffee. I am more of a Bosa fan, with the heavier style donut.
Anyway that is not the reason for the low rating. While returning from dropping off my grandson last Sunday to my daughters I stopped off a this store to get a refill on my coffee. After waiting 10 minutes in line, I was informed that I had to have a Duncan doughnut cup to get refills.
I decided to go to the circle K down the street. It was cheaper, faster and the coffee was almost as good.
Now they have not really lost a customer at their store, since I really never like their doughnuts, but now I’m not buying their coffee for my home either.

I’ve tried this place several times and finally just gave up. The service is always awful, donuts frequently taste stale, and the decaf coffee always cold. Despite answering several receipt surveys, this place never improves.

Early morning staff is always great.
