I have been going to Lynne for over a year now for a neck problem and tight muscles in my back. Before seeing Lynne my neck would get so bad it would cause problems with my arm. After seeing Lynne my neck issue is so much better and the tightness in my back is also better. I feel more relaxed and she also gives suggestions for stretching to relieve the tension.
I highly recommend Lynne.

Lynne is wonderful, and so is her accent. I’ve been to a handful of different therapists, but she remains the best. I’ve got shoulders of a 90 year old, at 36 young and she’s been the only therapist that can alleviate the numbing pain and aches. Lynne is flexible with time and very accommodating. Great service, highly recommended.

I have been seeing Lynne Alston LMP for the last 5 month for the tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. She is an excellent massage therapist. I’ve noticed a big difference in the tension I feel day to day working at my computer. She gives practical exercises that I can do in between massages. I highly recommend Lynne Alston and Inner Serenity Bodyworks.
