L’s Glamorous Nail & Spa

I’ve been going to glamorous nail spa for about 2 years and recently I went for a mani/​pedi and a few days later was experiencing a small infection on my index finger near my cuticle. This clearly was from them not using clean implements. As the days passed the infection got worse and my finger started to swell up, causing a lot of pain. I’m in the beauty industry myself. Being a licensed ethestitian I’m very very clean with anything that I do and I expect the same thing when I go to any salon/​spa. This is just despicable, the fact that they don’t take pride nor care for their customers health. All in all I had to end up going to the ER, they had to put anesthesia in my finger, cut where the local infection was and drain it and i missed two days of work. I am still very upset about the situation. I will never return as a customer to glamorous nail spa.
