Put-In-Bay Watercraft Rental

Got a Jetski for an hour. These ones didn’t have governors on them like other places do! It was flat water, and I got up to 57MPH! How much fun! Well worth it. Staff was friendly and nice, just follow their simple rules and you won’t have a problem. (some people didn’t basic things like idle in, which can cause problems since it’s in the State Park, which is a public swim area.)

Today we rented 6 jet skis for our management team and we had a great time.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I would definitely return if I get the opportunity to return.
This has been the highlight of our trip so far.

WORST place to go. Rude people. HORRIBLE, won’t ever go again. We were verbally abused and cheated, my credit card was charged without authorization. The same happened to two of my friends.
Had a very bad experience with the owner (Bob) and gm (Jacob Martin) who works there.
We got yelled «Shut up and go to the shore» for telling him we still had some time left to ride and we were charged $ 43 as fine (beside the jet ski rental of $ 63 for half hour). We were never told about the $ 20 fine for breaking each of their own «rules and regulations». (which we don’t agree)
So I paid the jet ski rental of $ 63 and told them I am not going to sign the Cerdit card authorization slip for the $ 43 fine. They denied to give back my credit card until I signed the authorization. Finally after some horrible argument with the owner Bob, they gave back my credit card, telling me he hasn’t charged me and «never come back to this place». On returning home I was shocked to find that I was charged for both the rental and the fine– which I didn’t authorize ($ 60+$ 43) = CERDIT CARD FRAUD.
I filed a complaint at the Toledo BBB and at the Put in Bay Park office.
Would highly recommend NOT to go to this place.
