History
Established in 1994.
Dr. Blake graduated from Brigham Young University, where he received his B.S. in Microbiology with a minor in Organizational Behavior. Dr. Matthews received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1994 from Creighton University known at the time for pioneering the way in the art of dental implant technology. He was recognized at the top of his class and was one of only ten students to receive a scholarship for outstanding grades and excellent performance. Upon graduating from Creighton University in 1994 Dr. Matthews joined Matthews Dental Group, a well established Dental practice in Provo since 1966.
