Being the walk-​around tourist location that Provincetown is… you need to have a reliable taxi service. Driving around town is not an option, due to the high cost of parking. For a flat rate of $ 7 you get to go anywhere you’d like.
I highly suggest that you request a ride by Mary Jo! She is a hoot! The most well-​dressed cab driver I’ve ever seen! Pearl earrings, leather boots, and a designer scarf greeting you and giving you lots of laughs and a genuine good time as you drive throughout scenic Provincetown.
Always reliable, always on time, never caddy. Junior’s all the way!

Awesome taxi service. When I called the dispatcher she said they were busy and it would take 20 minutes. No problem. I was picked up in exactly 20 by the owner who was lovely, had me sit in front, and played Fiona Apple for the entire 2-​mile ride. There are a ton of taxis in P-​Town, but this is the one to use!

So after strike three, I called the real taxi company in town, Black&White, and just as I stepped out of the house to wait for my trusted dependable Black&White to arrive, what should come inching it’s way down Commercial Street, windows open, cigarette jammed between her fingers, her large arm hanging lazily out of her door, but our illustrious protagonist in all her splendor!
Furtively I waved to her — as she tilted her head and peered over at me I quipped «How’s business dude?» And to my surprise, she tossed her head back, rolled her eyes up and grunted «Sh_​_​_​_​y». I smiled and shrugged as she inched along her way through the eager crowds of tourists and locals happily on their way to the evening’s next adventure.
Her cab was empty.

We needed a ride to the airport to get out before flights were cancelled due to weather. Junior’s was on-​time, friendly and lovely. In my haste, I let a hat fall to the side of my seat. Not particularly valuable, but one with memories. When I called about paying to mail it to me, they just took care of it and I got it back in a couple of days. Call Junior’s if you are enjoying Provincetown!

I needed a ride to the Provincetown airport at dawn. Driver showed up right on time and got me there with no problems. Driver was cheerful and helpful. Price was very reasonable, perhaps the most reasonable price I paid for anything during my visit to Provincetown.
