We are a private membership club. Offering traditionally prepared foods for optimal nutrition made using Weston A Price Foundation teachings. Always made with local ingredients and always gluten and soy free. Free of all toxins and GMOs. Products include: Probiotic Ketchup, Mustard and Kimchi, Sprouted Almond Cookies, Raw Macaroons and Grass-fed Beef Jerky.
History
Established in 2012.
Rachael started as a pastry chef for 15 years and then learned she wanted to feed people healthy, local foods. Now she buys only the best, most nutritious ingredients for the healthiest foods, prepared traditionally for optimal nutrition.
Richard is the business guy, keeping us running smoothly and being a great sales guy.
Together we hope to educate all we encounter and promote healthy living through proper preperation of chemical free food.

Business Owner
Rachael studied Baking and Pastry Arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked at some of the best bakeries in Rhode Island. After becoming ill, she learned of the Weston A Price Foundation. Learning the health values of pasture raised meat, organic farming and the elimination of processed foods, she began to feel healthier and started Rachael Bakes with her partner, Richard S.
Together they strive to make healthy, easily digested products, made with as many local ingredients as possible and to continue to spread knowledge of traditional preperation of foods and good health.
